Furniture - Sales
Although I knew what I wanted, I rely upon the sales staff to help select fabrics and coordinate color and texture. Part of the job of the sales staff is to offer assistance and expertise to ensure the customer will be pleased. The furniture is made is the USA and is very well made - much better than what you would find at other stores, however the prices are not low. I am happy to pay for fine products however I also expect good service. I was not as pleased when my phone call was not returned and the sales staff was not as helpful as what I have experienced in the past. I have dealt with Norwalk Furniture in Lexington since 1998. I was not quite as pleased with the service I received on this visit as compared to my past dealings. The sales staff was a bit aloof and did not seem as friendly as what I would expect from a high end retailer.
