Life Navigation Services strives to be a holistic business that addresses the individual's mind, body, and soul. The mission of this company is to help individuals rediscover who they are, learn what their purpose in life is, and identify what is a service and/or a disservice to their lives. Life Navigation Services works with individuals with anxiety, depression, stress and anger management, relationship issues, career changes, burn-out , self-esteem and self-worth issues as well as spirituality. Headquarters is located in Lexington, Kentucky and we also serve surrounding counties. It should also be noted that we take appointments through Skype.
