This experience was the worst I've ever experienced. My daughter and I both had an appt and it was almost impossible to get a return call to make the appt. After a couple weeks Michelle finally got back with me. Once we got to the salon we had to wait over 50 minutes past our appt time before we were called back. Fifteen minutes past maybe ok but an hour past is unacceptable. Not a good way to make a first impression on new clients. I won't be recommending this salon to anyone and we won't be back.

Great! Friendly and professional

I had read positive reviews of Hair Artists and decided to give them a try. I called and requested an appointment for the next day. I asked for a stylist good with wavy/curly hair. I was given an appointment with Angela for the next afternoon.
When I arrived at the salon the staff were friendly and helped me promptly even offering me something to drink. Angela took me back within a few minutes. She was personable and friendly. She consulted with me about what I wanted to do with my hair. I felt Angela listened well and she asked questions to clarify.
I'm very pleased with my new haircut! Angela was great! Her fee was a bargain too.
I'm so happy to have discovered this salon! The atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious.

This was my first haircut in Lexington, and I will return. The price was one of the best I could find in Lexington with decent reviews. I called to make an appointment on short notice and they fit me in the same day! When I got there, I didn't know exactly how I wanted my hair cut, but the stylist gave me her opinion and was very helpful. We talked the entire time! It was a great experience and I will definitely go back!

I will not go to anyone else. I've had many a hairdresser in Lexington and even if I have to wait for an appointment I will stick with Kellie, even if she goes someplace else. The salon is nice too. They have great wash basins and a nice atmosphere. Sunshine comes through the windows and it's not tucked back in the back of a department store. The decor is soothing and they even have footstools for when you're getting your hair dried.

My daughter-n-law also uses this place for a cut and style. Beth is a really great hairdresser. I am very satisfied with her. It is not easy to get appointments with Beth, but it is for others. The others are pretty good too. Last month I had to use someone else and it actually cost me less.
