We had a nearly impossible task for them in reinstalling a long-ago, wrongly installed mirror. Although we all knew it wasn’t guaranteed to be possible, they did it!!! Yay! I’d definitely call them again!

5 months to try to accomplish project, no less then 6 visits to get things right and finally they wore me down and and just gave up on them finishing the project correctly. I finally gave up after third time they tried to install window closures. For some reason the installer refused to measure them so they would all be the same, unfortunately the installer tried to eye them levelness but his eyes were off between a 1/2 to 3/4 inch on each window pull. I finally just gave up that they would ever use a tape to measure the pulls.

Need to be aware they are scheduling someone to come out. I was arranging for work to be done at my son's place where he was renting. They did the work as quoted, about $200 for a single pane picture window. Thanks!

A window was improperly reinstalled a couple of years ago. It was out of the track on one side, and I was unaware of the problem until the day I called to have it repaired. My daughter and I tried to put it back in the track, and managed to get it out of the track on the other side as well. The Glass Doctor repairman was able to fix it in about 2 minutes. They charged me only for the service call of $85. I'm pleased with the result.
