Description of Work: Fayette Heating and Air is installing a whole-house generator for me. They were highly recommended to me by someone else who has such a generator. I have consulted with them twice in advance of the installation, which I expect to happen in the next couple of weeks.

Description of Work: I had member ship with Fayette heating to check out my unit in the spring and fall it just got were they did't have time to do it they keep asking for the payment every year,I quite hem this year but they have not yet return my year fee I guest I will have to right it off as a loss I will try a nother heating and cooling give them try,and when they did come they didn't do very much for 120.00 a year I did ask for my money back

Description of Work: It was a free air conditioning cleaning provided by Ky Utilities. They tried to get me to buy a contract and also suggested I replace all the parts on my outside unit. Then tried to get me to pay for the service even though it was provided by Ky Utilities. I was glad when he left and I'll never call them again for anything.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaking pipe in my air-conditioning system. The repair person was extremely professional and courteous. I signed up for the premium service based on that experience.

Description of Work: After requesting services over the weekend, they showed up bright and early on Monday morning. They were very professional and took care of our AC problem very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My AC wasn't blowing cool air, although it was running. I called to schedule a service call and the representative was great! She was able to accommodate my schedule and call me before they arrived so I could drive home to meet the tech. Terry, the technician was super punctual, so nice and patient - he really took time to explain everything before starting the work. They even called to check on me the next day - be sure everything was working and I was happy! Fayette Heating & Air is a great company! I highly recommend.

Description of Work: I spent thousands of bucks trying to get my one year old heat pump working. Four different companies could not fix he problem. Fayette replaced the Goodman with an Amana and the problems were solved.
