Fred installed new Windows on the lower level of our home and did an excellent job.  He was great at explaining the different types of Windows to us and showing us how they work.  The Windows are beautiful and professionally installed.  We will be working with him again when we are ready to replace the Windows on the 2nd floor.

As for the reviewer who gave this company an "F" - I looked into this and found out that it was a manufacturers warranty issue these people had and that the Manufacturerer went out of business - NOT Eagle.  Also, Fred did not even own the business at the time these people had their Windows installed (regardless, he could not do anything for them because HIS warranty is HIS workmanship). The person who wrote that review is an idiot and I don't like that people can post misleading and false reviews for someone who didn't even perform the work for them and that Angie's LIst allows this to happen.

Our installation went great! Fred, the owner, did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. We were always kept up to date on when the windows were arriving and when installation would occur. Installation happened on time and without any hiccups. We can tell a big difference with heat loss and noise reduction. Glad we chose Eagle Window sales and would do it again!

The entire experience with Eagle Window Sales was excellent. Fred was very knowledgable and trustworthy. We met with several providers during the research process and Fred and Eagle Window Sales was far and above the leader from a price, window quality, and service perspective. He gave me honest feedback and honest answers. The pricing of the windows was fair to me and to Fred and I couldn't be more pleased with the choice that we made. Our new windows look amazing and we got them installed right before the cold spell that we had in February, 2015 and our house was warm and cozy. It was a huge upgrade from our old windows that we could barely open and would sweat constantly.
