I had many questions and concerns, each was addressed promptly and professionally.  The overall result was delivery of a bedroom with the details as I wanted them.

All workers were courteous and professional.  Completed job is beautiful.

Plumbing, tile, drywall, electric and finish.  New walls, new window, new electric circuit.  All done very professionally.

All installers were great.  All if any problems were taken care of.  Management was also great.

Pad was poured early - They had to special order the wood and when the wood came the builder needed the wood reworked to have a quality build.  I really appreciated the guy's eye for quality.  Once the build started, it took a week to stick build, get screens up and electric installed.  The guys worked hard and efficiently and we are super happy with our choice of Distinctive Design.

Excellent work from start to finish all workers were friendly and very knowledgeable.  I am extremely happy with DDR.

Faster than Jimmy John's.

This project was running very late. They covered the main shutoff water valve with the interior walls and never came back to correct the issue by adding an access door even after they said they would.  Also had them do a little remodeling on the inside as well as put and addition on the back side of my house around the same time.  They ran late on this project as well, and had some issues with the sales guy.  They have a good price, but not reliable with their estimates, and they do not come back to fix problems.  Their work is satisfactory when it is finished.

Update:
They did finally come back and finish the work after seeing their review.  I would recommend them if you are not on a tight time line.  They have a good price as well as doing quality work.  They really need to work on their time estimates.

We recently contracted Distinctive Design to remodel our bathroom. From the start of the renovation through the end, our experience was fantastic. We described what we were looking for and within a few days time (literally, everything was complete in less than one week!) we had a beautiful new bathroom! The quality of the work exceeded my expectations (and I am super picky), but I think I was most surprised by the quality of the service. There was so much attention to detail- for instance, plastic was put down throughout our house at the beginning of each work day (to protect our hardwood floors) and then taken up at the end of the day. That extra step to keep my house tidy during the reno (which was on our main floor) really mattered- I never came home to a mess. For the most part, the gentleman worked at our house while we were not home- no issues with that at all. He always showed up when he said he would- which is not what I've experienced with contractors in the past. 5-star!

Have yet to decide on direction or provider.

After coming to an agreement they were very promt with getting things going. I had a project manager to contact with questions and things went very well.

It went great. Everyone who worked on this project was personable and helpful. Work went on schedule. Good communication with contractor and associates. Excellent quality of work. Mike, Willie, Mark, Dan did good, quick work. Russ, the electrician, also good to work with!
