Dauenhauer Plumbing was very professional with service that was performed and very responsive. I called on a Friday at approximately 11:00 a.m. and ask if they would have the ability to have someone at my house on the same day, due to the cabinets that were removed and repaired. I was given a 5 hour window, which I gladly accepted, given that I needed my kitchen completed. This was also a second call to a plumber, as the first plumbing company that I had visit, I felt was way overpriced and our insurance company asked that I get a second opinion.
I received a call less than an hour after my original call to the company, from the technician asking if he could be there in about an hour, since he was in the area. Chris was very prompt in showing up and it took about 3 hours total to have everything installed back into our kitchen. The whole time, he was very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail, which was also very appreciated.
I would definitely use these guys for any plumbing that I need in the future and will be happy to recommend them to everyone that needs any.

I felt as though the company was detailed, and I felt as though they really knew their stuff. Work wise, I felt very comfortable with them and felt as though they were very knowledgeable and detailed. I felt like they had a good handle on the scope of the job and a good plan of attack. They were the provider I would have prefered to use, but I felt at the end that just wasn't possible, as for too many parts of the project it would be up to me to find other contractors--when this wasn't the case with any other bids.

I have used Dauenhauer several times for various plumbing projects and every time I have had a great experience with them. This time was no exception.
My family has a rental property which the tenant complained of no hot water. I called Dauenhauer and they made arrangements to arrive in a few days. The plumber (Chris) called the tenant on the way to job and asked some questions to figure out what the problem might be over the phone. He then called me to give me his opinion in order to prepare for what the problem might be.
Initially we expected the problem to have something to do with the hot water heater, however, it ended up being a leak (which we later found out to be in the slab). This took some time to figure out which Chris was very patient and knowledgeable about the entire process. The problem started on Thursday and he informed me that it might take a few days to detect where the leak was coming from. I expected to call me on Monday to discuss the next steps, but he actually called me on Sunday to inform me that he believed that the leak was located in the slab and that he would schedule a follow-on appointment for Monday.
Once we determined that the leak was most likely in the slab, we had to call a second company to detect the leak and Chris took care of all of the scheduling and communication.
After the leak was detected, Chris contacted me and arranged to arrive the very next day to take of the problem. It was fixed in 1 day and everything worked out perfectly.
I can't express enough how amazed I was at the professionalism that Chris portrayed. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond any plumber I have ever dealt with before. I called him several times outside of normal work hours and he was always available to take my call and answer my questions.

He arrived in timely manner explained all my options to me, gave me free estimate on the job, and was very nice to work with. He didn't treat you like a stupid female like most companies do. It was a really pleasant experience.
The price was to much for me to replace it right now, which I was somewhat expecting, so I had him go ahead and snake out the rusted pipe again. And kept the quote for when I am able to permanently fix it.
He did a really good thorough job on the spot that was causing issues with snake.
