We bought a new Heat pump July 22 and we couldn t be any happier. David Borne came to our house and helped us pick out the best unit for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Ryan and Kurtis installed the new unit and did an awesome job! We put an Air Scrubber on the new air handler and I swear there is less dust! And my wife s allergies have gotten better! Overall I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars!

The project went well. They arrived on time and the installer did not stop until it was done. They were helpful to answer all questions. The salesman was also helpful and took his time to explain everything. I was so happy not to be rushed since the bad experience I had seven yrs ago with another company.

Very quick to respond to investigate and correct the issue. Our technician name was Kevin, who was very responsive, flexible and skilled. Explaining his findings and concerns aa he approached the job in a step by step manner. Kevin established my trust in him by talking in detail of my items being investigated and demonstrating a deep practice knowledge of the system I had concerns with. Kevin was also very flexible as we had to work on the roof through access entrance ways as well as closet air handler unit being hard to reach. Kevin completed the job very well.

The guys came out on Saturday and worked in the rain. The furnace wouldn"t fit in the space so they had to get a smaller unit at the last minute. they were very professional and I would hire them again
