Comfort may be a bit in the expensive side, but Iâ ve always felt that we have gotten our moneyâ s worth. The knowledgeable technicians and the no-hassle warranty make it an easy decision on my part. We have always gotten top notch service. And great technicians deserve good pay. If that means I have to pay a little more to hire a company whoâ s workers actually care about doing the best job possible, so be it. My money goes to Comfort every time.

David Borne was great when he came out for the estimate. He was much more thorough with the process than the previous estimate I received. He also went above and beyond to answer all of my questions via text while he was no longer on the clock. The installers Quang and Thi were great as well. Quang explained the process as they installed and helped me set up the inside thermostat. Overall a great experience.

Company full of wonderful people. Very helpful and helped us get the right unit for our home. Educated us on different types of units and the difference between each one.

Very pleased with the work this company did for us, their estimate, the installers and the office staff. Definitely will hire them again!

We had several estimates done and they were the last estimate to come in. I had another estimate that was a lot lower and they worked with me to get me closer to that other estimate. Between that and the quality of the experience of getting the quote and info, we decided to go with them. The estimate happened at 1PM on Saturday and we had two new heat pumps installed and working by Monday afternoon. The work quality was excellent and they were extremely mindful of the pandemic in how they worked. Great job and extremely pleased with both the install and the equipment.
