Very professional and friendly. Explained all the steps involved to service the heat pump. Notified me that the fan speed was set too high and adjusted to the correct speed. Will use them again.

I spoke to 4 companies and Comfort Heating & Air was the best value. There was a company with a lower price but after talking to the owner of the company they agreed to lower their price close to them. I finally chose them due to their knowledge and credibility they conveyed about the product.
