Found the problem and fixed it. Very nice guys.

Great experience. Came out exactly when he said he would. Indicated the problem could be one of a few issues, did excellent job troubleshooting and fixed problem quickly and now our old fridge is working like a pro!

Checking on my laundry, I saw that I had water all over the bathroom and adjoining kitchen flow. No leaks from the hot water heater or drain from the floor above.
Too busy to deal with a repairman at the moment I called and schedule a check / repair for the following week - they could have had someone there the next day.
They came out and checked my washer. They took off the cabinet, jumped the lid switch, and ran through various test cycles (fill, spin, rinse, etc.) and found no leaks / water whatsoever. I watch the repairman and can confirm that every valid test was ran / washer checked.
The repairman did tell me that my Whirlpool model would leak during filling if the tub was pushed forward - I never noticed, so not sure if that was the issue.
I have ran three loads through since with no issues.

I left a message on the phone Sunday night and they were prompt, not only with getting back to me on Monday, but working me in on that day. I recently purchased 15 year old apartments will the original appliances still in them. The repairman was able to fix the refrigerator unit - the flap that is between the freezer and refrigerator was stuck but he said the timer in the dishwasher wasn't working and because of the age, a replacement part would be hard to find - but was willing to look if I wanted. I was please with the office personnel, the repairman and the service.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and the part ordered. When it arrived the replacement was made quickly. The service person was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

This was a great experience. Called before he came, just like he said he
would. He was within the three hour window he gave. He was in and
quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and left. He had the part on
his truck.

It went well, a 20minutes job.

Everything was great.

Our GE Refrigerator was not cooling well. We anticipated calling for service in a week or so. Then, on Friday night, July 8, it was no longer cooling or freezing well. I found Kevin Glass's company on Angie's list. What hooked me was that he works Saturdays. I called Friday night, left a message. He called my first thing saturday morning, and was at our house by about 10:00 AM.

Turns out our defrost heater went bad. Kevin defrosted the freezer with his steamer, then assured us he would return Monday or Tuesday with the correct part. He did not charge us for the saturday visit. Kevin came back the afternoon of July 11, replaced the parts, cleaned up. Job well done!

I appreciate that Kevin did not charge us until the work was done right and did not charge a premium for the saturday visit.

I recommend Appliances Service of Lexington to all.

Saw in the Yellow Pages, they have a $20 service call and are part of the BBB (in good standing). Called and scheduled a service call. Kevin arrived within the time-frame and diagnosed the problem. Needed to order a part, and said it would be a couple days, and gave me the estimated total. Offered to pay him, but he said to pay when the work was completed. He called the next morning, the part was in. Came out the same day to install. Cleaned up after work - everything in working order.
