Best Choice Roofing - Lexington

This branch located in Lexington Kentucky is by far the worst experience I have ever had in terms of their professionalism, honesty and their attention to details. There was zero accountability when there was a problem. I consistently had the feeling I was being lied to and worse, blatantly taken advantage of. The ability of management to be responsive and demonstrate even modest concern was completely absent. It's businesses such as this which give the entire roofing industry a bad reputation. When concerns were raised, there a smug complete indifference and no corrective response to address the situation was taken. The office is run by two people who lie and cover for one another non stop. I do not recommend this company. Look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. They lacked any maturity and integrity.

Took awhile to actually get started as they were backed up and rainy weather. but went fine when got started. Could have been a little better with cleanup as we kept finding nails on n the driveway.

Arrived @ 9 am & removed roof & installed new roof. Clean up great. Very nice & beautiful job! Would highly recommend!

Sales people were very friendly and helpful. Worked with insurance company to get most of the cost covered. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was guest to work with. Our new roof looks beautiful!!

It was covered by the insurance. 

It went very well. They were just very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job. I didn't shop around. I just needed a new roof and they were there and so I used them. The quality was topnotch.

Working with them was terrible because they messed up our garage door, worked way into the night and the dark trying to put the roof on. We had to call them several times to come and fix the garage door, when time came to fix the door, Best Choice Roofing - Lexington told us they don't do that after all.
