They showed up on time and gave me a good estimate and explained the process involved. We scheduled for the following week and they showed up right on time and got straight to work and got the job done in about 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient and timely.

5/18/17 - Kevin Phillips showed up on time to give me an estimate which I thought was extremely fair for waterproofing 2 cracks in a basement wall...one of the cracks had been leaking for over 10 years, and was becoming more and more of a problem. The work was done quickly and on schedule and after 2 rains that would have normally produced water from the crack, I am happy to say no leaks...plus he gave a lifetime warranty against future leaks! 10/25/17 - Well, so much for the lifetime warranty..the major crack began to leak two weeks ago and I called Kevin...he actually came over that afternoon to have a "look see"...that was a Friday...he said he would be back the next Tuesday or Wednesday to fix things at no charge! Well, 10 days later after too many calls and texts to count, he still has not come by...he would not answer my calls all last week, and yesterday he did answer and gave me several excuses, and again stated he would come by this morning by 10:30 a.m. It's now after 5:00 p.m. no calls, no texts, no show!! After giving me 4 dates for his return, I think I finally have figured this out...guess what...HE AIN'T COMING!! What good is a lifetime warranty if he will not come back to fix the issues??? Kevin called me back after reading my negative review on facebook...and did come over that evening to repatch the crack..time will tell i it works...he says he has never had one f his repairs to leak. 2/25/18 - The patch Phillips waterproofing did in October 2017 helped but I still got some water in the crack they previously fixed. I called to let him know, and he said they would come back, dig on the outside and put a patch where they believed the leak was originating. That was in November (I believe) and things have been dry as a bone ever since...even with all the flooding this week! While it took a little teeth pulling, everything has worked out for me and I will upgrade the rating to 4 1/2 stars!

Great company and a great group of men. Removed large section of cracked exposed aggregate replaced with new and cleaned up area and entire street. If you need concrete work this is the guy you want to hire!

Did a great job. Had a little problem getting him out to the work, but when he came he did a fabulous job and even fixed another problem at no additional cost. It was a very small job, so that may have been part of the problem.

I hired the company on June 4th he said it would be 2-3 weeks before he could do the work. He did the job in late July due mostly to weather and an illness in the owners family which could not be helped.. Once they got here they did a great job of pouring my aggregate sidewalk and steps. A couple of his guys had no respect for my landscaping by throwing a 2X4 on top of some ferns and another left numerous cigarette butts in the landscaping The owner Kevin Phiillips apologized and offered to pay for the damaged plants I had to replace. He is very honest and will see that the job is done right. Overall I was very impressed with the job that was done and will be hiring them again next year for another project.. The most important thing to me when you hire someone is trust and I would trust this company to do the job correctly. He did keep me informed when they were planning to do the job.

My sidewalk turned out great, once the weather finally cleared up the install was very prompt and they did nice work.

They did a good job, except in front of the patio doors the concrete did not bleach out as promised. It looks like two tire tracks coming up to the doors.t would like for him to correct this problem.
