They replaced a connection for the ignition coil boot. They've always done a great job. They're very reliable, they do great work, the prices are reasonable, and they always call you before they do anything. They're great to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been taking my cars to S and W for over 15 years. Lou Pleiman has owned the business for over 5 and I'm very happy with the care and service he and his technicians provide.

I called for an appointment the day before Christmas and about my car leaking oil. Lou scheduled me right away for Friday, Dec 27. One of his mechanics evaluated the oil leak and decided to replace the Oil Cap and PVC Valve, these were the only two areas they could identify where the engine was leaking. I always wait for my car to be done and I was happy that it only took about one hour to fix the leak. I haven't had any problems since then.

Lou and his mechanics are good people that you can trust. They will take the least expensive approach and will not do unnecessary work. You never have to worry about being overcharged. This garage is the best, I won't go anywhere else.

And no........ I'm not a friend or family member, just a very satisfied customer.

I was in S and W Tire and Car Care last June. I spent $432. They were able to get me in right a way which was really nice. The big thing was that he was able to save me from replacing the catalatic converter. He repaired it. It was a $40 repair compared to a hundred and some dollars for a new converter.

Lou and his team evaluated the problem and scheduled a time to come back and have the work done. He was honest and accurate with his estimates of both time and cost. I sat in the office and waited as the work was done; I could tell from the relationships with others getting work done that they trusted this shop to take care of them and their cars. I will take my car back to Sand W next time it has a problem.

It went great! The coffee and popcorn are a nice touch too!

They didn't try to up-sell me and they performed the service very quickly. They also did a test to ensure that my electrical system hadn't been damaged and replaced my battery. I was very happy with it.
