+ -1 moreInstallation was good and complete, but installer lied and said I would get all channels that Dish had to offer, but did not. I asked installer to check to make sure my other contract was done. He said that I would not of received a call if I still had a contract. After installation and found out I owed the other company a $100.00 for early cancelattion fee. When I called Freedom, they said I would be reimbursed. Thanks
Description of Work: They promised a $100.00 reimbursment for the early cancelation with Direct. All I got was a run around, then said installer was responsible for reimbursement, but he quit atfer 3 month of trying to get paid. Now they said that they could do nothing about it.
