WILDERNESS STUDIO

The school photos were great. The spring photos on the other hand were a mess. I ordered a package of the school photos for each of my kids. This meant I spent $30for 1 8x10, 2 3x5 and 8 Wallets for each child. When it was time for the spring photos I only wanted 1 8x10 of each child as I was not as fond of these photos and I was not wanting to pass them out. Unfortunatly I do not have that option. I can order the cheapest package at $14 then pay another $8 for an 8x10 or I can order the package for $15 that includes an 8x10 but also leaves me with several pictures I don't need. I am very frustrated by this. When I tried to contact the studio to get more information and to see if it was possible to get just am 8x10 no one answered the phone and of course I had a fax machine pick up and beep in my ears, not even an answering machine so that I could leave a message for a return call. I am very frustrated as $30 is a lot of money for me to shell out for pictures that aren't even well done. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this.
