During the sales portion, CEO Richard Adams was responsive and seemingly knowledgeable. After installation, we had a leak in our chimney that did not exist before they removed old siding and installed new siding/flashing. There are also places where there are gaps in the siding. Owner has been very NON-RESPONSIVE to our repeated calls to get these issues resolved. When we reach him, he tells us a crew will come out re: the chimney - but nothing has happened after repeated promises. He doesn't call to explain. Most times we don't reach him and leave a voicemail - he does NOT return calls. He indicates the other issue (gaps) is something manufacturer needs to address (which I disagree with) - but in any event, he has done nothing to get the manufacturer to address it. Basically the workmanship is poor and there is no responsiveness. I DO NOT recommend Ryan's Home Center.
Crew of ten men arrived and immediately began to work. They tore off the old roofing (about 36 squares) and replaced with new. They also hooked up two bathroom fans vented to the outside, repaired several soffits and trim and other work .They cleaned up all the debris and were meticulous in the cleanup.
They were VERY polite and well mannered.,
