The dealership had told me that the vehicle needed new brakes so he had a look at them and he told me that I don't need the new brakes. He is personable and friendly. They don't follow any corporate rules it is just a local mom/pop business so there is a lot more flexibility in helping the customer.

I didn't like the service writer at the time. I had a problem with the repairs they did. The service writer didn't want to follow up on it in a professional manner. I no longer go there. The price was reasonable. When I went to David straight away he made things happen. He went above and beyond.

The problem started at the end of the week and we had to leave it overtime because they couldn't get the part in from Toyota. The day that we found out, I went to another shop and they told me what it was. I took it over to David Toles Auto Pro and he told me the same thing. He gave me a quote and pretty much stuck to it. They are very punctual.
