On September 23, I stopped by the shop for the third time, intending to take my receiver, no matter what they had done. They tracked the receiver down on a shelf and there was a tag on it indicating that they had tried to call me on July 7, 2011. I had received no call or voicemail message. Each of the previous times I stopped by or called (all after July 7) they said that their tech person would get to it soon. On September 23, I insisted on taking it with me in whatever shape it was in. They tried to talk me into leaving it so their tech person could make the repair. I insisted on taking it - this company should not be in business long because of the way they treat customers. They refused to refund my $25. All in all, a horrible experience with incredibly unprofessional people.
Description of Work: They were supposed to check out my audio receiver to see if they could repair the problem with left channel output. I brought it into their shop on June 17, 2011 and paid their $25 service fee for a checkout. As of September 23, 2011 I had not heard from them regarding this problem. I called twice in the interim and stopped by thje shop twice, speaking with their representatives each time. They kept telling me that they still needed to check this out.

I took our flat screen television to them. I had my credit card with me. She told me that there was a $25.00 assessment fee, and that they didn't take credit cards. I had my kids in the car and I asked her if I could bring it later. She told me not to worry about it. So I called them 1 week later, and they told me that they were waiting on the assessment fee. She then again told me not to worry about it. Before we left on vacation I called them, and I told them that we wanted our television back. When we got back a week later she told me he still hadn't looked at my television, and he wouldn't until he had the assessment fee. When my husband went to pick it up the television was in pieces. They told him to be there at 3:00, and he had to push to get the guy to put it back together. He didn't get out of there until 5:30.
Description of Work: I took my television to Precision Electronics, but they didn't fix it.
