"Hello [Member Name Removed], Well as I recall we gave you a price for a deep clean on your home, that you really really needed, a good scrub down. After giving you a price we never heard from you again. I don't for the life of me understand why you can be so harsh with your grades and we ONLY LOOKED at your home, never ever cleaned for you. I really feel you are very unfair to give us a bad grade that we don't deserve. I am confident if we would have worked for you, you would be very happy with our work. We strive to give the very best job that we can each and every time. Our work speaks for itself, we get great reviews from people we actually clean for and might I add, they are happy to have us back on a regular basis. Wanda and her husband performed the initial interview/review of our house several months ago. They are two very friendly and ambitious people with a desire to please. I was impressed with their commitment to provide a satisfied customer. We agreed on the areas to clean and went over expectations. She is very thorough with explaining what they will provide and perform.
Wanda cleans our house every two weeks with an assistant. My wife and I have been very pleased with her work. It is a pleasure to come home to a clean house (especially not having to do it ourselves!) Wanda is good with finish touches - surfaces are clean and shiny, and the bed pillows and child's stuffed animals are organinzed.
I would definitely recommend their services.

This is the second time I have used this cleaning service and remain to be pleased both with their professionalism and their work product. All employees are very courteous, professional and punctual. In fact, I was scheduled to meet Wanda and her staff at my home for access to the residence and they were waiting for me upon my arrival. I also had to reschedule the original cleaning date and Wanda was willing and able to accommodate my request.
I schedule this service monthly and maintain light cleaning in their absence; consequently, I both request and expect a deeper cleaning from a professional service. I have not been disappointed. Admittedly, I make an effort to ensure that clutter is removed and they are able to focus on a deep cleaning during my allotted time. I consider this effort time well-spent to allow for the deeper cleaning I know the house requires. The house always looks and feels much cleaner after Wanda and her staff have been here.
Additionally, Wanda has always contacted me after a cleaning to confirm that I am pleased with their work. She regularly advises to contact her promptly if any issue is apparent; nonetheless, it is nice to contract with a service professional who makes an effort to request my feedback.
They did a excellent job deep cleaning my house, and they finished in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends!
"Hello, I read your review and have to disagree with your statement about my work. You were very happy with my work and as far as time goes anyone who cleans for a living you cannot give an exact time for arrival unless you are the first customer of the day. As far as the kitchen cleaning goes I believe that was because a "crumb" was under the toaster oven. I am sure it fell out from toaster upon my moving toaster to clean under it. I think you have given me a bad review because your wife did not like something I said that had absolutely nothing to do with my work. Sorry you have to be so harsh when i DO great work, cant please everyone every time but I have clients I have been with for over thirty years and you will not find anyone of those people to say anything bad about me or my work.Ii do have a helper and cant always watch over them but i still say, I am most professional in my work and my ethics. your reason for me leaving was not at all what you stated here.You said you were going to be traveling a lot and that was reason for me leaving..I am friendly with people and maybe you don't consider that professional but I consider it getting to know my clients as well as them knowing me.Also, I told you before I started to clean for you the day you requested I could not do as it was totally full and when I called to get you on the schedule you were always out of time. Anyone who reads this and would like to call me and I can give you as many numbers of people I clean for and they will, I am sure tell you the truth about me and my work, honesty and loyalty to my clients.
