I had bought a riding lawn mower there 2 years ago.
The engine stopped working.
I called them. They checked and said the engine was still under warranty.
Due to the timing of the issue I had to wait 2 weeks to get it in and then another 2 weeks for them to get the parts in and fix it.
It has worked fine since then.
I had to pay the transport fee to and from their location - about $140.

This provider name has changed to Pleasant Valley Outdoor Power. Company picked up riding lawn mower same day that I called. I was disappointed with how long it took to complete the service but was pleased with overall quality and price of service performed. Mower was delivered back to house the day it was completed.

THEY DID A NICE JOB SERVICING MY MOWER. THE MOWER RAN AND CUT GRASS MUCH BETTER AFTER THEY WORKED ON IT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AT THE SHOP AND HELPED ME LOAD/UNLOAD THE MOWER INTO THE VAN.
