It was okay. It turns out they're hard to repair and I was using orthopedic inserts that strained the original stitching.

The man I dealt with was polite and friendly. The shoulder straps had begun to tear where they were sewn to the bag. I thought the price was very reasonable for the repair. When I picked the bag up, I could hardly tell anything had been done to the seam, but the straps were re-sewn as if the bag was new. The shop did a great job. We have used this shop in the past for a few other repairs and have always been pleased with the work and prices charged.

I found them on Angie's List. They are very economical and you do not have to wait long for the repairs to be done.

The sole on the heels on my dress boots broke off. I dropped them off at Hanlin's in the morning and was able to pick them up that afternoon. They repaired my boots just like I asked. I would use them again.

Their work is good and they are so honest. I love going in there because they are so pleasant to work with. They've always been helpful in modifying and accommodating my feet problems.
