Everyone was great. We had four men and two trucks. Brandon S., Matt P., Dave C. And Blake L. Were professional, punctual and efficient. I would hire again.

They were great, they handled my stuff as if it was theirs.

Well if you want really nice people to move you and that is all then I would hire them besides that I would look else where. It was absolutely terrible what they did. They marked an entire stair case and our upstairs walls. Then when unloading they were just putting things everywhere even after a walk through telling them where to put things. I had to move multiple things myself back to where they should have gone. Not only were they disorganized but they put multiple divots in furniture and when confronted about it, they did nothing but send their handyman to try and repair divots in furniture by painting the furniture. To make matters worse the only bed they had to take a part and put back together again was done incorrectly and bolts were left out and found under the bed which I had to fix. At one point I heard one movers saying to the other movers, "It doesn't matter where the bolts go just put them back in. It doesn't have to be in the same spot." What do you do when you hear that?! When your it's your master bed frame that has drawers underneath and every screw does not go back wherever you feel like it. At the end of the day you hire a moving company to save you time and money but if that is what you want I would definitely look else where because even after being told what happened the customer service representative was snarky multiple times with me and did not care one thing about my furniture that his company damaged. You can even read their response to my google review on Google. Calling me a Karen, which is very sexist of them as well as highly unprofessional. Even the handyman stated to myself and husband, that had to come fix our walls from the movers, said how lazy the movers got with the damage he was finding. It was truly a bad experience and I hope I save someone else from having this experience and just go with a different moving company all together.

Big blue moving was the best movies I have ever hired. Brandon, Robbie, Christian, Donald, and Josh did an exceptional job to make our move pain-free. I would highly recommend them again to anyone.

Highly recommend Big Blue Moving company! J R Sullivan & Michael M ( Not N) did an amazing job with my move yesterday . They were patient, helpful and didn't complain at all about my heavy/awkward furniture that was not easy to move up and down staircases and in the rain. They were careful with my furniture and wrapped everything so it did not get wet. They were extremely careful moving each piece as to not damage my walls, door frames, etc. There was no damage to any of my items or the new home. They were super easy to work with, answered questions before and during the move. Polite, helpful and did exactly what they said, they were on time ( actually gave a 1 hour before arrival courtesy call) , they were up front with all pricing. I cant say enough about how great these guys were at moving my things. Would definitely use Big Blue Moving Company again. Will Definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good and hard work these two movers did for me and my wife! Downsizing 20 years and All I can say is…AMAZING! Would recommend this company to anyone in the Tri-State area. JR Sullivan and Michael R worked hard and efficient. Both concerned they wouldn’t leave us moving things afterwards they didn’t rush and worked longer hard no nicks, nothing broken! Care for our stuff like it was their stuff!

They were Awesome!! We had Nathan E and Matt P move us to our home and storage unit. Professional, polite, worked SUPER HARD, they were really careful with our furniture. Nathan and Matt were very accommodating by inquiring where they should put things, etc. We have to move again in 10 months and will be using Big Blue Moving and requesting both Matt and Nate again.

Big Blue Moving did a fantastic job for us. The driver (Jonathan S.) and the two movers (Charles F. and Michael P.) were amazing. They worked hard, were careful with the furniture and did a great job packing everything and securing it for a long, cross-country move.

We had an expeditous and excellent experience with Big Blue Moving even though we didn't have a huge amount of stuff to move we had several pieces of very heavy furniture and and workshop items. Dylan Spivey, Andy and Steve did an awesome job moving and handling all our furniture and equipment. These guys made moving look easy and we know for a fact moving is no easy task. We truly appreciate the excellent expertise, attitude and personalities these young men (Dylan, Andy and Steve) demonstrated throughout our move. A well deserved great big Thank You too all three of these guys at Big Blue Moving!!!

They did an awesome job for us. We were moving a company with 5 offices and alot of heavy items. They were on time and very pleasant to work with. The 4 men we had move us were Tyler, Lake, Lonnie and Mark. They made us feel comfortable right away. They wrapped items that were fragile and they moved quickly. We felt they valued our time. Things arrived at our new location without damage. They estimated the time our move would take, amount of guys we would need and number of trucks perfectly.

This was our first time using Big Blue Moving and we have been very impressed! Instead of the actually planned 1 day, 2 trucks move we ended with 2 days and 2 trucks (each day). We never realized how much stuff we have. Tyler L. did an outstanding job coordinating the move. He went above and beyond the assist us with any questions we had. The first crew (including Tyler L.) was Braydon B., JR Sullivan, Jacob A. And K. Brockerich went straight to work, were very polite and courteous. Once we noticed we need a second day to move, Tyler did everything he could to get us scheduled in for the next day, and actually managed to get a 2 second truck/crew. This crew (Clarence B., Andy S., Braydon B., K. Brockerich, Tyler L.) worked efficiently, quickly and professional. It was our pleasure to work with this company, and we will definitely use them again!!!

Tyler L. and Corey B. were very professional and helpful. The contract minimum was for 2 hours and the credenza did not take a lot of time so they were here to help with other things we needed moved as well. We would definitely hire Big Blue Movers again and if we could get Tyler L. and Corey B. back we would.
