They were on time, did the job well and were polite and professional.

A New Rooftime responded to Angie's List deal the same day, set up an appointment and confirmed appointment on a rainy day. Work completed quickly before/after photos sent to email, gave estimate for chimney repair, arrived early, sought approval for early repair, completed quickly. Sent photos of repair.

Dale came and asked me the details of what problems I was having with my roof. I have had a bunch of service people come to my house to do this or that, repair this or that but I was amazed at the attentiveness he gave me as I explained to him what was going on. When I was done talking (not interrupting me) he explained to me what the problem might be and he went to inspect the roof. After inspecting and making the repairs that had to be made (take care of nail pops, four protrusions, seal the chimney, etc) he returned and told me that all had been taken care of and was covered under the $99 roof maintenance package deal. He shared with me what to look out for in the future especially since I had quite an extensive damage to my ceiling. He even recommended a good contractor to repair my ceiling. I was very impressed by Dale Shoemaker's superb professionalism and the way he interacted with me. Not only was he friendly, he was very courteous. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again should the need arise.

Dale explained the problem very well. Very dedicated as he even came late in the day after it rained to make sure our problem was taken care of.

great, the provider did more than asked for for no more money

Dale did a great job! Found areas around the windows that needed caulking. Explained ways to winterize that will save me a ton of money. I was going to replace windows, but will try the winterizing first.

Dave is very knowledgeable in his field. Explained all the pre and post service details. very good communication and friendly.

They did a great job. When I signed with Angie's List I put my business address on, the number you are calling me on, and not my home address but they did a great job. They came to my business on my day off and they couldn't get a hold of me. They were great about it. The guy was super prompt. They just did my house in one day. They didn't charge me more than the Big Deal price. They were really thorough.

It was good. When they did the inspection, I realized that I didn't need a new roof-there were only two to three shingles that were either loose or missing. They recommended that I do a couple of shingles. The only thing I disliked is that because I am in a wheel chair, I didn't follow around to see what he did. However, for some of the windows, he left the screens open instead of putting them down and they are going to have to stay that way until I get somebody to come upstairs and put them down. There were a couple of things that they had moved in the kitchen, but I called them back and they moved those things back. For most people, it would be fine but since I am in a wheel chair, that is why I called them back to put them down.

Second floor work was done without my ability to view. However, the worker assured me he had addressed the problem areas using a quality caulking product (not one bought at Lowe's, etc.). Told me that the tops of those windows had never been caulked before and showed me a picture of an area he had sealed on a window. Arrived on the day scheduled but showed up without my having been given notice of expected arrival time. I feel confident that this worker was competent and did a good job.

The service was great. I have used them before. I would recommend them to anyone. My parents and my sister have used them and everyone I know that’s used them has really liked them. They are highly regarded in the area.

Called and scheduled the service promptly and did the work as promised. Very good value. The usual cost is significantly higher than their pricing.

Dale provided the estimate and Justin was on the site several times to qualify the fix, make the repairs, including a trip to the supply house to get siding to match the chimney stack. We appreciate the multiple visits to get the job done right. First class all the way.

I had the service completed last year and I didn't get a follow up call on how everything went until I called them. The person I spoke with was very professional and informed me that I may have another year on my current roof and then it would need to be replaced.

There were several reschedules, but not to the fault of the roofers. it was due to the recent adverse weather (rain). However, when we were finally able to schedule, the two gentlemen arrived on time and ready to remedy our problem roof. I showed them where the damage occurred and they were able to complete the repair for the amount I purchased on Angie's list. The two men were very professional and made sure I understood what they were conveying to me. Great experience and believe they performed top-notch and thank them for their expertise, discussion, and service. Will use again....

The workers were on time, were fast and cleaned up when they were finished.

It was okay. The guy was really nice. I had a workman (from another company) out soon afterwards and they said I was fine before and that the attic tent provided little to no improvement. There were no additional fees associated with their deal. Afterwards, I felt the price was a little much.

I meant to post this review several months ago but forgot about it until this past week. What reminded me to complete this review is that I have once again dealt with another company that simply does not compare to the level of service or professionalism that Dale and A New Rooftime do. During the restoration of my home I have dealt with many different companies and workers and have continually been dissatisfied with the quality of their work, responsiveness, or inability to get the job done (or all of the above). Dale and Greg put a new roof on my house in 2012. They did an outstanding job and the following year I called them out to install new insulation and attic ventilation. Once again they were easy to deal with, on time, and stood by the quality of their work. A few months ago I called Dale because a leak had developed in the roof (where the shingles and metal portion on the bay window come together). It was late on a Saturday when I first contacted Dale. Dale made a call to Greg and he was at my house the next morning (Sunday) along with 2 of his workers to diagnose the issue. It turned out that the leak was because of a split seam in the metal roof which is not a section they replaced when they reshingled the roof. Greg sealed the seam to prevent further leaks and then I was able to repair the inside. I spoke with Dale who said that it was a courtesy call and they would not charge me for the time or repair. Having dealt with so many disreputable people, it is really nice to know I have someone I can depend on if I ever have an issue with my roof. Dale and his guys are the only people I would ever call for any of my roofing or insulation needs. They are the only company I would ever call for a quote where I would not feel a need to contact another company for a better deal or second opinion. Don't waste your time looking at other roofers, Dale and his guys are the real deal and stand by their work. Thanks again!
