A New Rooftime

We know we will need to replace our roof sometime in the near future & since the gutters hadn't been checked in a while, we thought this offer would be a good way to go. The gutter maintenance was minimal. The roof inspection indicated that we had another five years (weather dependent, of course). Great for the budget & so nice to get an honest opinion vs. a sales pitch for the company's product. When the time comes, we will definitely get a quote from them for the roof work.

It started raining while they were at the job but they braved it quite well and were friendly overall.

I had a leak in the extended roof over our bay window. We realized this when a small wet mark appeared on our drywall ceiling. I purchased the Angie's List deal. I received a quick response in arranging the time and the technician arriving to check it out. It only took a short time and he had sealed it up around the flashing and shingles. No more leaks. I would certainly call them again for any roof issues.

They came and did the audit. They made a few suggestions to help lower our energy bills. We were pleased with the work.

Dale actually came early, and took his time checking the house with the camera. He was surprised that everything checked out and feels the increase must be in the HVAC or the refrig coils not being cleaned in over 4 years. His job was to find something wrong, so he could quote and obtain business for his company.

The representative from A New Rooftime was punctual, courteous and extremely thorough in explaining opportunities we have to improve the energy efficiency of our house a bit more. Additionally, he was careful to wear protective booties on his feet to ensure he didn't track any dirt on our carpet.

Dale came and gave us the bid which more than met our expectations. He was a very nice and warm man. He explained everything in detail and spent as much time as it took with us. They crew came out about 2 weeks later and put up the new roof and gutters in 3 days. They were very nice and respectful guys. They kept my property very clean and were extremely respectful of my time and space. I am very pleased with the work they did!

He was punctual and knowledgable. I was very pleased with his evaluation of work that needed to be done.

Apparently there was a mixup in the date for the appointment, and they showed up about a week early. Fortunately someone was home when they arrived, though they had to leave right away. A New Rooftime did their inspection without anyone here, which was fine. They posted their findings as a message on Angie's List, including photos. We had some back-and-forth questions which were answered thoroughly and promptly. I feel a little bad downgrading them for arriving too early for the appointment, but it did make things a little less effective, since we couldn't discuss their findings in person.

We were outside the providers area, but they responded quickly and professionally to let us know soo we could get someone else. I appreciate that.

Technician arrived on time as scheduled and quickly went to work. Job was completed efficiently, but caulking lines were somewhat messy and a bit unsightly. Technician would not go up on the roof to inspect as he claimed this would potentially void my roof warantee. He did spend several minutes discussing weatherproofing concerns I had, and recommended cost effective repairs and do-it-yourself solutions, which I grealy appreciated.

I had noticed a leak and purchased the package to determine the source and severity of the problem. The problem was diagnosed in less than 15 minutes and and the repair completed in 40. The repairman was very helpful and also suggested a schedule for me to conduct a casual inspection. I would call this service provider again if I experience any other roof problems

I was scheduled for both quickly and at the same time. They showed up day of service on time and were extremely friendly. They worked quickly and gave me detailed information on what they had done and things we needed to keep on eye on for the future. We will definitely be using A New Rooftime again!

I was promised pictures of the attic space and a call regarding blown in insulation. I did not receive the call and have not called back because part of the area to be insulated can not be done until kitchen remodeling is complete. I will call them at that time.

I purchased it, but they can't honor because my house is too tall, so I wanted them to return my money, and they are still working on that now. I am not really in to the emailing back and forth, I would appreciate if they would have just called on the phone.

Lost shingles in storm, saw offer on Angie's List. Dale came out, fixed lost shingles.

Dale was great. Excellent attitude and service oriented. Dale also was extremely patient with my 4 year old boy, who took extreme interest in what Dale was doing. He not only fixed the two spots on my roof (really minimal damage but needed to be fixed regardless), he also checked the state of my roof and looked over my gutters, as well. He let ne know they are in good repair and gave me a different option for replacing my roof when it needs it. All in all, I would definitely have Rooftime out for any future difficulties.

The provider arrived on time and did the job well. We would use them again.
