They were very neat and the work was done promptly.

I was really happy with the people. The technician did it in a timely fashion. The only problem was that he installed it so high up that you can see it from the street. We just wish we couldn’t see it from outside.

All Went well. Rep was helpful and enthusiastic about his business.

They did a fine job. They did the work quickly and efficiently. So far, the roof looks good.

I was very impressed with Dale's knowledge and expertise on all things related to both attic insulation and roofing. He took the time to explain everything he saw and what he believed we could do to improve on our energy bills. He put an aluminum coated attic tent in the garage attic entrance, because it would make the biggest impact on keeping warm air in the attic space above the garage. He probably would have suggested he replace all 3 of the boots on the roof, but I told him that I had another Angie's list coupon for someone to give me a roof inspection and to seal any trouble spots. He gave me some pointers on what the roofing guy should and should not suggest and he said that when I was ready to do some work on the roof, he'd be happy to come back and discuss my options. Since the house already had acceptable insulation, Dale really didn't have a lot to do, but the information he gave me, both about insulation and roofing, was invaluable. I would absolutely call him in the future.

Overall, we were very happy. A few times there seemed to be a miscommunication in their office that caused a slight delay in answering our question (I asked a 2nd time & they got back to me) BUT this was MUCH better than most of the other 3 roofers that I got estimates from! This was a 2 day job. The roofing crew of 5 guys, under Greg, arrived on time and seemed to do a good job - we didn't see any problems when my husband went on the roof to check things after they left the 1st day. They answered our few remaining questions. As promised, they cut off the tree branches that were in the way, saving my husband from the job. I thought they did a good job of cleaning up the tear off mess and their many cigarette butts.

Rep. arrived on time, was courteous and informative - I liked him. He was to send a bid in a few days for both a complete tear off, and for a roof over.. A week later I had to call and request their proposal, which was sent to me a few minutes later. They declined to offer a roof over bid due to the condition of the shingles and the pitch of the roof and thermal relaxation of the shingles over a three year period. I had a total of seven roofing companies make bids, and none of them agreed with this logic. My shingles are in great shape, the pitch of the roof has nothing to do with roof overs, and they hadn't heard of problems with thermal relaxation (nor the shingle manufacture we polled). So, I opted out of this companies bid.

The worker was punctual and professional and looked in my attic and actually found that I had greater than current code required insulation. He also assessed the venting and took pictures with a thermal cam identifying one window which is not providing good protection. Finally, while he was there he also provided education about a gutter issue we were having. Although, it turned out I did not need any assistance nor did he find anything wrong to fix (he even recommended not installing the included blanket because I had a better one in the attic from the prior homeowner) his inspection gave us some piece of mind about our new house. Price was the only issue given that it turned out to basically be a chance to estimate/bid on work which many companies do for free and he found nothing to recommend and even the included blanket was not truly needed. Kept it for our rental house and will try it there. On the plus though he did not push services which were not needed making him worthy of calling back when we feel there is an issue to address.

Justine came over and he checked my roof and said it looked great and there is no need for a new roof. He made recommendation on getting covers for the vents within a year. He explained that they will start leaking due to age. Who tells you don't need a new roof? This is a good and honest company! He thinks my roof will last another 5 years (it is about 17 years old). He then checked the insulation and said it was ok. Very satisfied with Justin and will call back if I start having problems.

We knew we would need to replace the asbestos shingle roof when we bought our new house. So I did due diligence, consulted Angie's List, and found some roofers who had experience with this type of roof. From the start, A New Rooftime was the most responsive, in-touch company I contacted. After we set up a time for an estimate they even e-mailed a Google calendar invite & a picture of the guy who would be doing the estimate (who was also the crew-chief) , plus loads of info on their company and even some history of asbestos roofs. And they had the best price. Big Willie, the crew chief, was on-site everyday of the job, and was always available to answer questions and make sure we were happy with the progress of the work. It was clear that he and his crew took a lot of pride in their job. Of all the contractors & tradesmen I have dealt with over the years we have owned homes, I have to say that A New Rooftime did the best job of communicating with us - even before we hired them for the job. I have recommended them to other homeowners needing roofing work.

I really can't say enough good things about A New Roof Time. Dale came out to provide an estimate in March and did a great job of explaining the details and issues that may come up during the installation. My house is 1850s with a large, complicated roof (many gables and additions over the years). Dale warned me of the likelyhood of rotted wood that may need to be replaced under the shingles at the time of the estimate. They were very helpful and patient while I tried to select the right color shingle and presented me with many options. The guys came out to start the job in May with Greg as the onsite supervisor. The guys showed up on time each day and did a great job with the roof and were very easy to deal with. The project was originally supposed to take 4-5 days which turned into 2 weeks due to weather and complications with some of the sheathing needing to be replaced. The cost ended up increasing a little from the estimate but was still very reasonable considering the amount of extra time they needed to finish the job. Dale sent me pictures as the project went along and when I was not there to see it for myself. Missy was also very helpful and quickly responded to my emails and questions.I am very pleased with the result and the quality of their work. This was not your typical roof, and they were more than capable of handling this project. The roof turned out great and I would highly recommend A New Roof Time to anyone looking for a new roof!

Scheduling was onerous, but when the installer did get here, service was exceptional.

I was extremely impressed with Dale (owner) and Roof Time! Dale's knowledge and experience saved my a great deal of time and money!ALL of my questions and concerns were answered in a very timely fashion. One email and within an hour I had an answer to my question either via telephone call or email. There was a constant communication regarding the install date. VERY early on the morning of the installation the supplies (shingles, nails, ridge vents flashing etc) were dropped off by a third party company. Within 15 mins Dale showed up....before the crew and verified that all the supplies needed for the job were present. How many owners care enough to do this??? IMPRESSIVE! As it turned out there were a couple of items missing. Dale made sure those items were delivered and the job was finished without delay! I'm very pleased with everything....start to finish! After the job was complete Dale called me to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction! I would recommend Roof Time to anyone considering a new roof! Thanks for a great job Roof Time!

Job went great! This was an Angies list deal and I knew we needed more than the deal was for. They came out and provided an estimate for the additional work - more square footage and providing covers for the lights and the attic access hatch. The work we smoothly with very little mess or noise. Our attic looks like it snowed inside! I was definitely impressed with how much the additional insulation has improved the tempeture swings we used to get between the first and second floors. Our second floor is much more consistant with the first floor now.I would highly recommend additional insulation and this company to do the installation.

I had quite a pleasant experience with A New Rooftime. They were very prompt getting back to us about looking at our roof; made an appointment to come a few days after we called. My wife was home when the estimator came and he was very responsive to her questions and concerns. The boards under our roof had some damage and we wanted to be sure the job was done right. Their crew was prompt on the day they said they'd come; they finished the job that day and cleaned up after themselves well. I'm quite happy with the job they did.

We were out of town at the time of installation. Miss Mona emailed us relevant photographs and updates each day. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience. The job was started and finished as promised.

They were fantastic to work with. They are a very small company but they are extremely personable and work very hard. Dale (owner) came out to give an estimate and did so via satellite images (he didn't get up on the roof). His quote came back in line with most quotes (in fact a smidge cheaper). Dale did give me a run through of how they do their jobs and which crew would be coming to our house. The folks were on time on the day they were supposed to show up and aside from having to wait for additional decking (OSB) to show, the crew were very hard all 3 days they were here (the job turned out to be larger than anticipated because of having to replace all the decking under the shingles). The crew did a great job cleaning up after every day so as I could almost not tell they had been there (aside from the work done on the roof). I was worried that I'd find cigarette butts everywhere because they all smoked but I never found a one anywhere -- I am amazed at that. They let (even encouraged) me to come up on the roof to check things out as they went along -- again top notch! I would highly recommend these folks -- they do outstanding work and their prices are more than reasonable! If you need a roof you'd have to find a great reason not to use A New Rooftime!

I purchased a solar attic fan, and that part was great. The sales guy was great. I signed up for additional attic insulation. I had to keep calling them to see when they were coming. I called set up the appointment, and nobody showed up. I got an email saying the truck had broken down. They did come, and get the job done effectively, and efficiently. They did not have a ladder so I let them use mine. They did a good job once they got here. They did have competitive pricing. I don't think I would use their services again.

They never showed, called or emailed. I wasted two days waiting for them to show and provide me an estimate. We will be looking for someone more reliable to insulate our 4000 sf house.
