A New Rooftime

They did alright. I found later they missed a strip but over all they did okay.

The work was initially scheduled for a Friday. We were not home all day, so we were uncertain whether the wok had been done as there was no note or email stating the work had been completed . It took a few attempts to reach a New Rooftime. They claimed the work had been done, but the workers did not leave any photos in the office as they were supposed to have done. They even thought they may have done the wrong house (the house number is clearly visible from the street). The lead/manger came out to check the work. He Got on the roof and thought the front gutters had been done, but saw some debris in the back back gutters. He found a LOT of debris in one of the downspouts that had a cage and had been clogged. While on the roof, he said he adjusted the gutter screens and would be sending pictures, including a part of the roof that is metal and was in need of painting. We never received any information. Days later, my husband was up on the roof and thought it didn't look like the gutters had been cleaned. There was still debris in the gutters. We called and were told someone would get back to us. We never heard anymore and gave up pursuing it any further. We ended up cleaning the fitters ourselves.

It was okay. I didn't like how they did it. As a matter of fact, I had to call them back. The price was fine.

Very good customer service throughout process. They work within the constraints of the situation. We haven?t had a leak in 12 months. Will definitely use again!

Roofer was on time and very helpful. I had a small leak over my garage which he seemed to be able to analyze immediately. I have had problems with roofers in the past and I will definitely use this roofer again. .He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need.

Rooftime initially came out for the $99 gutter cleaning service we purchased on Angie's List. They did a good job cleaning, they showed us some obvious issues with stuff they found in the gutters, so we knew they cleaned them for sure, which was nice. We have paid for the service before with other companies and found out the gutters weren't even cleaned. We also discussed some issues with the gutters and downspouts were were having with heavy rain and the pitch of our house. We knew there were a couple of issues at least where there was a lot of water coming off the roof in the high pitch areas and could see some damage on the roof. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the plan to fix some issues immediately, while also making a plan to add larger gutters and downspouts in the near future and priced that out. We know from work on previous homes, the work quotes were very fair and were pleased with the clear communication and prompt service and overall demeanor of all involved.

We have had them do gutter cleaning before and trusted them. Came out and inspected roof and chimney due to ceiling leak. Took pictures and explained work. Arrived on time and completed in a day. Happy with work.

VERY easy to get scheduled, very responsive and professional. Worker who performed the work actually found roof and gutter issues, but since he could tell both were fairly recent installs, he directed us back to the company that installed them. I appreciated the worker being honest that the "fixes" could be under the original installation warranty instead of trying to sell me additional products / services. The company was very responsive, and sent me photos of the issues they found. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The company arrived right on time, and finished the job quickly. There was no mess, and our utility bills have been much lower since the installation.

Dale, the repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. I think I got a good bang for my buck. A minor tweak...I would suggest RoofTime telephone to confirm appointments rather than rely on email (for us older, computer incompetent folks). it was my fault but I assumed there was an appointment but there really wasn't. As soon I called they were out to do the repair in less than two hours. That's good business. I would use them again!

Throughout the process, Dale was very responsive and provided good information on options that I could take. Problem: one of my skylights was leaking. On inspection, it looked like the seal had become weak and the skylight was beyond repair. Since they were 30 year old Velux skylights, we decided to do one of 2 options: Option 1: replace both the skylights Option 2: seal the skylights and extend the life a little We decided to go with Option 1: replacement Justin and Mickey showed up a week later and went to work right away. They were done in 3 hours and were very clean and professional. They also assessed my roof and gave me input on how it would fare. Highly recommend A New Rooftime to anyone wanting to get educated on the real problem with their roofing issues.

The job went well. They went above and beyond to make a product that would fit.

They were very knowledgeable and did their work. They explained everything and they had to come back because it was raining and storming. They came at the specified time that they gave me. The first time they came out, he checked it out and took pictures of what they thought should be done and cleaned out some gutters. He took out some wasps nests and he said there were quite a few and some were big. He painted the strip between the gutters and the roof. Two of the strips of metal between the two roofs had rust out, so they fixed that. I'm not sure they did that much the first time they came out because it was raining. They came back and finished the jobs that they said they were going to do. They did around the chimneys where the flashing had deteriorated and put a cap on my chimney. They put on a missing shingle and they put on what are called snow shoes. I was impressed with the work that they did. He took pictures of everything that they did. I have those pictures. He wrote down what everything would cost. I knew it had to be done and I'm happy with it.

I called them to set up an estimate for repairs to our roof. In particular a leak that coming from the corner of our bedroom. I was worried with all of the hail storms in the past that we might need a new roof as well. Justin informed me that all we needed was a small repair to stop the leaking and that we should be able to get at least 6 or 7 more years out of our existing roof. He was very professional and informative. The repair was done about a week or so later due to rain and seems to be doing well so far. Thank you for the timely repair and for your honesty! Would highly recommend this company.

Dale, from Rooftime, showed up on time and checked out the situation regarding the leak on the inside and then on the roof. He was very personable and honest. Educated us about the roof in general. He even took out a couple of tennis balls that were clogging the downspout! The problem was fixed on the spot. Thank you Rooftime!

Service was excellent all the way around. Contacted late at night, had a response by 6 AM for someone to come out to estimate work needed. They stayed in contact and was able to come out earlier to accommodate my schedule. Looked over the roof, gave me a price and went ahead and got started. Work went fast and looked great.

Justin came to inspect the roof. I have a leak from the ceiling of a room addition and he caulked the roof above it. He said if it doesn't hold to call them again and we could try another caulking before considering replacing that part of the roof. He gave me an informal estimate of how much it would cost to replace that part of the roof. I also asked him if there was a gutter running across the back room exterior. He said there wasn't and also gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to have one put on. He told me the rest of the roof looks fine! To be honest, I was very concerned I would get somebody who told me my roof was a mess & needed costly repairs...how would I know other than to call for a second opinion? Justin is very friendly and professional and informative. I would most certainly call this company whenever I need roofing done! I'm an Extremely happy customer.

service was very quick, only took a matter of minutes. We are no longer having an issues with our gutters overflowing.

Spoke at length with Dale who was able to put my anxiety over our home purchase at ease. Advised, even though it meant we wouldn't need their services now, that it would be a waste of our money to pursue correcting the roof. Also, gave some advise on how to maintain the house going forward.

He did a great job explaining the condition of the roof including how much life it has left. That was the main thing I was interested in.

As stated above, it was Angie's List who gets a poor review here. I have used Angie's List for 5+ years and have never had a problem before. Unfortunately when I called customer service, they said that I need to issue any communication on-line since I had the "base" plan, but that he would take my call "this time". The Angie's List person understood the problem and said the best he could do would be to issue my a credit towards another deal which expires Oct 18th, 2015 or the credit "goes away". Bottom line...Angie, you gotta do better. Your customer service is slipping.

This started on 2/17/15 when I purchased this through Angie's List.It took about 2 1/2 months to finally get them to come out to do the job.They showed up on 5/6/15 to complete the work.I wasn't home so I had to review their work the next day.The caulking job was performed in a very unprofessional manner.The caulk around all the windows was applied in a start stop manner and most of the windows didn't have a continuous smooth bead around them.Some of the windows were only partially caulked as well.I have been trying since 5/7/15 to get them to come back out and redo the work.As of 6/16/15 they haven'y responded to my e-mails.I would not recommend them to anyone.
