Dale explained everything that he was doing and improved an insulation issue in the attic. Completely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

It went great, they set the work up immediately. They emailed me when the work was completed. When I called them I got a complete accounting of the work that had been done.

Overall I was very happy with the services provided. Workers arrived on time each morning and cleaned up very well before leaving each night. Project was completed in the expected timeline. I was working through my insurance company and A New Rooftime was very helpful in that process. In addition to the work that was included in the insurance claim, I had them complete some additional work, which I think was very fairly priced. In terms of quality, both roof and siding look great. I've already had neighbors stop by ti compliment the new look of my house!

GREAT! They were very nice, and took care of our place when they put on the siding and gutters. They cleaned up afterwards and double checked for nails.

Great. The day the work was scheduled it rained/lightening/thunder the whole thing! Really didn't think they would come to due to the bad weather. However, I had errands to do and when I got home they were just finishing up....rain had stopped and they decided to come to do job. Gutters are clear.

It went really well. I'm a very happy customer. First of all, I just set up the appointment yesterday and he was able to come to my house this morning to address the problem (before it rained today). I appreciated the prompt response. He was on time and was very thorough. He came into my home to see where the water was leaking into the ceiling, and then recommended a product for me to apply to the ceiling to repair the brown spots. He went on the roof to inspect the matter, and came down and explained the issues to me, and had photos on his phone to support what he was saying (he emailed the photos to me as well). He had the materials he needed with him, so he was able to fix the issue right away. He offered to come out again at no additional cost, if we have any further issues. I plan to use this provider again for the gutters - to clean them. I have already recommended Rooftime to my friends and family on Facebook.

We purchased 150' of gutter cleaning on Angie's List. A New Rooftime looked at our home online and told us there would be extra charges because we have over 150' of gutters on our home. We agreed to the extra amount. They provided the service in the time frame we requested. They let us know what time they would arrive and were on schedule. They waived the extra fees (that we had agreed to), because the there was less footage than they had thought. They were professional, polite and cleaned up after the job. Our gutters and downspouts are running smoothly. We will definitely use A New Rooftime in the future.

The company, A New Rooftime, was very good but unable to perform the service. The service was for roof repair, but after they assessed the roof, they deemed it not repairable. We would apply the 250 off this amount, or you can apply for a refund from Angie's, and they would call us to ask if they should, which we would of course agree to.

They fixed our roof and they did a really nice job. They came back later because we were having problems with cracks in the walls and they installed an exhaust fan. We would use them again.

They were not in my area. Had to refund deal. I would use them if they serviced my area.

Service went very smoothly. Estimator was punctual, thorough and provided me with several options based on my comments and preferences. Roofers were punctual and completed the work on schedule. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. Roofing installation quality and finish were very good. Rows were straight and level and the valleys and edges were cut evenly. All nails and seams were sealed. Ridge vents were re-done and look very clean. Clean up was good and I have yet to find any nails in the driveway or hit any with the mower. The roofers also left one pack of shingles in my garage for me in case I need to repair in the future. I paid in full by check so I cannot comment on any financing options they may have.

When I called the first time I got voice mail and they were prompt in responding and setting up a date and time to come and give me an estimate but then they did not come at the scheduled time. My time is valuable and waiting for them to show up hampered my schedule. Getting no call explaining why they did not come after I called to ask where they were was not impressive. If they confused the date they could have let me know.

Weren't able to see inside the attic because of an installed closet organizer. Not their fault, but it still was a waste of my money because they weren't able to see how much insulation we had.

When they first came out to give me an estimate they checked my neighbors yards and found all the pieces that were blown all over. I couldn't believe they charged labor only and re-used all my flashing. The crew came back exactly on time and repaired the damage so it looked good as new. We've had several wind storms since then and my gutters are fine. A quality job at a reasonable price.

He came out Saturday told me what was wrong showed me pictures. Told me we would need a new roof in a couple years but we could probally fix it for now. This was we could save up for a new roof. He gave me estimate right then. He came back out monday and fixed it.

The appointment and bid process with Dale went great. He is a person who is passionate about roofing, insulation and his company. At no point did he rush through the bidding process. Dale took the time to answer every question and went through the work to be done step by step. He provided detailed explanations of each segment of the job. He used his thermal camera to point out the various hot and cold spots throughout the house. We were looking to bundle some roofing work with insulation work and before Dale left he provided an itemized bid. You can tell this is a quality run family business. Missy and Dale answered every question in a timely, thorough, thoughtfull manner. We were unable to do the work at this time but would not hesitate to contact A New Rooftime in the future. We highly recommend this company.

Eased our mind, that we didn't have to have major roof repairs. Did the repairs in timely manner, and everything seems well.

Everything went great. Every time the crew had to postpone the start of the project due to weather conditions in February Dale communicated by email and phone daily. They were patient and performed their job within two days. They performed in good weather to ensure the quality of work and the safety of the crew. Rooftime did not charge me anything extra, I paid the exact amount we initially agreed on. Dale has a great personality and is easy to approach. He kept communicating after the job was complete and money paid - kept his promise and provided the attic cover after the roof was complete :) Will hire again with my next housing project.

Good advice and didn't tell me that only a professional could add insulation. I had been planning to buy a foam attic hatch cover so getting one as part of this service pleased me.
