A New Rooftime

We were very pleased with the service overall, but they cleaned gutters and not downspouts, so we still had water pouring over the sides of the gutters. :( Will still call them next time, will just be specific about the downspouts!

They camel do completed the work as described. I just wished you I knew when they came and cleaned up the ground afterwards. Overall looks like they did a good job.

They arrived at 10:00 and were done by 3:00 including cleanup. They were did a good job and were very professional, no complaints.

Very well, with very prompt service. Booked the service on a Sunday night, vendor was there the next day to take care of gutter cleaning. Also provided excellent information on options for gutter covers and cleaned up site after completion of the service. Will use again.

The company is great to deal with. They accommodated my schedule, arrived on time, and promptly completed the work.

Dale came out to quote, texted in plenty of time that he was running a bit late so that I could meet him at the house. I appreciated that he provided his opinion on the condition of the roof, flashing, and vent stacks without any hard sell. He seemed knowledgeable, professional, and was very...enthusiastic. New Rooftime's quote was the middle of 3 bids that we solicited, picked them because Dale was straightforward in his description of what was needed. Prepping and painting the flashing was described as a "bigger deal" by the other bidders. The job was delayed a few days by weather, but communication by email and text was frequent and professional - I REALLY appreciate being informed. Day of the job the crew showed up as promised, swarmed the house for only a couple hours, cleaned up and disappeared. A good experience all round!

We work with A New Rooftime on a regular basis as we provide dumpster rental for their job sites. We enjoy working closely with A New Rooftime. They are honest, courteous, and professional and they are very passionate about what they do. Our dumpsters are in and out as they work hard to complete each job.

We had the Big Deal scheduled and they were two hours later then stated. Never got re-scheduled and it was past the 30 days and therefore no refund. Very disappointed.

Purchased one of the deals on line. I was contacted in less than 24 hours and told a crew would be in my area the next day to provide the service. Dale and his co-worker cleaned our gutters(8did minor repair to a downspout). Dale also walked the roof to inspect our roof condition and informed us it was in great shape. One of our gutters on the back of our home was full of mortar form a chimney repair from 2 years ago which created a d*** of crud. All gutters were cleaned and inspected. Dale was very friendly, courteous, explained everything. Will definitely use in future. Great deal for the price!

The technicians (2) arrived on time and completed the job in good time. There is an area over the garage that we did not want insulated so they constructed a knee wall to separate the two areas. They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. The results were immediately obvious with a reduction in the heat load on our A/C and a decrease in our electric bill. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the 500 square feet of insulation for $99 Angie's List special only to find out that only included 2 bags of insulation which according to Dale the installer, would only provide approximately 2 inches of coverage. Dale went on to explain he was only acting as the contractor, and that the "special" was something contrived by Angie's List. He also went on to say that for rafter-depth coverage, which is what I expected, it would take another 7 bags on insulation @ $100.00 each. (who would put in a paltry 2 inches of insulation?) Although very happy with Dale and his company, I feel as though Angie's List was deceptive in the advertising of this special. I believe the advertisement should have said that at 500 square feet, only enough insulation is included to provide 2 inches of coverage.

Gave vendor 2 tries to come when scheduled. Even verified with him the night before.\over 2 hours late this morning based on time commitment of his last communication. To access the attic, my daughter's closet needs to be emptied, shelves removed. Very disruptive. I am waiting and rescheduling and waiting....... I do not have time in my life for this. I sent email he was fired. I want a refund.

We had a positive experience with A New Rooftime. We took advantage of a Big Deal on Angie's List (500 sq. ft. of blown in insulation for $99). We had little to no insulation in our attic, so the deal was not enough to properly insulate our attic, but we still saved money. Our total cost was $1,350 which, based on my research, was competitive but not dramatically cheaper. What impressed me was that when they did the preliminary inspection, they did not find a lot of additional, expensive repairs. They recommended insulating the attic hatch and venting the bathroom fan, which they did for $75 and $40 respectively. A New Rooftime was honest, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. They were on-time for the inspection and knowledgeable, without trying to up-sell a lot. They offered good advice about weighing our potential longer-term energy cost savings against the cost of the work if we expected to move within a few years. Apparently, this Big Deal received a huge response, so the earliest that they could schedule the installation was several weeks out. However, there were no additional delays and they arrived right on time. They did the work quickly and did not make a mess. We would use this company again.

They were very responsive and showed up on time. He was very honest with me and advised that I didn’t need the deal.

Bought deal on Angie's List Deals in late summer. After a bit of back and forth, A New Rooftime set up time for the appointment. Unlike many, called beforehand as promised and offered to come by earlier. Headed home to find tech waiting for me (very punctual!). Took me through the plan, then we headed up and he conducted the inspection. Used themal imaging and visual inspection to quickly assess insulation situation and provide recommendations. Further documentation sent via a follow-up report. Appreciated the tech's willingness to answer questions and explain what he was doing. While he was transparent that his company could make the enhancements, positioned it very low pressure and noted several options that could be done DIY. Felt he was realistic in explaining the cost savings and comfort benefits versus more strongly-worded claims of others. Also recommended utility company service for whole house analysis as basement in homes like mine are a common issue as well.

The installation was done very professionally, clean, neat, and fairly quickly. Old materials were carted off. I can now see through them and I should qualify for energy savings on my taxes, too! No more loosing heat or a/c through 15 years old plexi glass skylights. These are beautiful!

They did a thermal camera scan on our walls, which we were told needed insulation and it showed they were actually properly insulated. Very helpful and detailed information on the quote. We are ready to move forward with install after needing some electric work in our attic repaired after squirrels destroyed wiring I gave them a C on responsiveness because I am waiting for a phone call back to schedule the install. I have called 5 times and left 2 messages, I am sure they are busy, but I'd like to get the install scheduled.

They will be coming back out in 2 weeks to do the whole job.

A New Rooftime were easy to deal with. They communicate through e mail on scheduling, results of what they find and the necessary remedies.

Dale was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained how conditions affected my heating and cooling in understandable terms. He indicated what improvements I could do myself (such as apply weatherstripping where the chimney met the ceiling and add foam insulation to the garage wall on the other side of my bedroom wall) and recommended contractors for the services his company didn't provide (replace the replacement window in my bedroom). He also suggested how to deal with some of the companies with which I had warranties still in place (roof is shy of two years old and needs additional ventilation).

They told me how they would perform the task and they finished on time. They were very professional, kind and most importantly clean.
