My daughter placed an online order for an arrangement to be sent to me for Mother's Day. She placed the order on Friday morning and was emailed later that day to say that they were out of that particular arrangement but would send a comparable one. On Saturday she was called to tell her that the vase was no longer available either but that a similar one would be used. The delivery was made promptly on Saturday but the arrangement was no where near what she ordered. Instead of the 10 roses that were to be included, there were 3 aging roses with a lot of inexpensive drooping fillers. I have seen better bouquets at Krogers for $20. Luckily my daughter was here to see that it wasn't even close to what she had ordered. We called the store and they said we could bring it in for an exchange. Upon returning the arrangement there really was no apology but instead an excuse that since they changed the vase, the florist had created the arrangement that typically goes in the substitute vase. (Not sure why they don't actually look at what was ordered). They were out of most roses so he brought out a few choices and I settled on white instead of the lavendar ones that were originally ordered. They put together the bouquet in less than 10 minutes and created an arrangement that I could have done myself. No offer of any adjustments in price were extended so I asked that they credit the delivery fee since I had to drive 20 minutes to return it. Several issues about this experience bothered me. It is hard for me to believe that a large, reputable florist doesn't plan for a busy weekend that has Mother's Day, weddings, proms and other events which need flowers,especially when ordered in advance, and can "run out" of colored roses. While I waited, there was another customer there also having a prom corsage fixed that had been prepared incorrectly. We have used this florist before and each time the quality seems to be diminishing. A wedding 4 years ago was done in which most flowers were done well and for a reasonable price. The last couple of arrangements we have ordered have been less than spectacular, however delivery has always been prompt. For my next order, I will be looking for another florist who can combine value and quality with better accuracy and customer service.

Have ordered from them before and they always do a great job. The flowers were beautiful- both arrangements and someone else sent an arrangement from there as well which were equally pretty. They also last a long time as some of the flowers were taken home. Their prices are very reasonable.

VERY PLEASED. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. ALWAYS USE THEM FOR FTD, ALSO TO FLORIDA. ALWAYS READY TO HELP.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. LOOKED UP THE ADDRESS FOR ME, OFFERED SUGGESTIONS, AND DELIVERED.

THE CARD STATED THAT YOU GOT A BOUQUET FOR FREE OR $10 TO BE ARRANGED IN A VASE; THE VASE COULD THEN BE REUSED FOR FUTURE MONTHS. $20 FOR 12 BOUQUETS WAS A BARGAIN AND I BOUGHT A VASE THE FIRST MONTH. THEREAFTER, EACH TIME I RETURNED, AND SAW A DIFFERENT CLERK, I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE SAME PRICE TWICE. I FINALLY GAVE UP ON THE ARRANGEMENTS.
