Our dealership is located in Elizabethtown, Ky. The locals call Elizabethtown the Heartland of Kentucky, for several reasons. The most recent reason was the filming of the movie Elizabethtown (Hollywood just can't get enough of our friendly community) in our downtown square. We are located minutes from some of the most famous and prominent landmarks in the world; just a few short miles from Ft. Knox, Ky., (Home of the Gold Vault). We are fortunate to be able to serve the soldiers that serve us each and every day by defending our freedom. We have special military programs and hours to help assist Soldiers and their demanding lifestyle. We our also minutes from Abraham Lincoln's birthplace located in Hodgenville, Ky., the birthplace of one of the finest leaders in American History. The leadership that President Lincoln represents is an idea that we embrace on a daily basis; from Ownership and Senior Officers all the way down to the part time hourly employees. The Swope Family of Dealerships has been involved in numerous projects throughout the community. The most notables: Our Support of Habitat for Humanity by helping construct local spec homes and the support for the local historical landmark, The State Theater. We realize that our great community is what makes us successful and time is well invested when it is spent locally in and around Hardin County. Our President, Carl Swope is an active dealer; meaning that he spearheads the day to day operations of the Swope Family of Dealerships. Carl also has an open door policy for employees and customers and is always available for suggestions or ideas. Swope Toyota has earned many awards and recommendations locally and nationally including the Toyota Presidents Award. One of the biggest honors Toyota can bestow on a dealership is the Toyota Presidents Award. The employees are a central focus at Swope Toyota.
