They do a beautiful job, and clean up well after themselves. They are very dependable and on time

Arrived promptly for estimate appt an even though it was pouring rain he walked my property thoroughly anyway. His estimate was exactly in line with what I thought it would be. Rain delayed them arriving to do the actual work but once on the property they did a professional job and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely hire them again.

We knew it would be expensive so we requested four proposals, and Bailey's offered the lowest price. Upon request, they provided a certificate of insurance before proceeding. The work was performed promptly and fully, without damage or mess, for the price quoted. I was particularly impressed that they were able to work around the water main, which ran right under the tree (to our surprise). My only (slight) complaint is that the topsoil was not compacted as it was placed, and I expect it to settle quite a bit over the next few months. Great job overall!

In an downtown area they were very careful of the house. They started promptly, and did not ask for money until it was completely done. I had thought they would remove the ground stump remains (at base of tree) but those were left so I wanted to get rid of those too, which was extra work on my part, but it could have been a miscommunication.

When they finally got here, they did a real good job. The problem was it took them about three weeks between the original estimate to come to do the work. For three weeks, I had ice-covered branches in my front yard. I was pleased with what they did, but not how long it took them to do it. All of central Kentucky was hit with this ice storm, but they could have told me it was going to take three weeks originally. They kept putting me off every time I called them.

They did a great job at a fair price. They were fairly priced too. I have no complaints at all.

We chose them because we have been using them for years to trim trees. They show up when they are supposed to. They do their job quickly, and they do it well.

My yard was torn up after construction, including lots of clay in place of topsoil. Bailey's came promptly and provided an estimate, did the work exactly as promised in a very timely manner (including removing excess clay and replacing with topsoil), and left me with a great looking front yard!

Two workers came in and did a quick job and were very intent on what they were doing and wanted to do it well. Worked with me on prices. They cleaned up after themselves and I wouldn't say anything bad about them.
