He was willing to come out within 30 minutes of my first call, but I wasn t at home yet. He did come out when he said he would, though! He had a part fail in an older lock he was rekeying and had to put a temporary lock in place and come back the next day with the repaired one. Works perfectly. He is fast and I will use him again.
