The first issue was that the contractor was upset when someone else introduced a lower bid than he liked.  I told him that I couldn't be to blame for this but if he wanted the job he would just have to offer a still lower bid.  He did, but I believe in doing so he chose not to either put on his best crew or his crews just are not that good.  They reinstalled the guttering poorly and I still have problems today, which I didn't know I had until the spring as the rains didn't come again until then.  On top of that the gutter covers I had on my home when they started the job, were not replaced, again, I didn't know they weren't there until sometime later, too late to make a complaint to them and they honor it.
I've continually had water problems due to the gutters not being replaced as they should have been.
