AS A PROFESSIONAL IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT THE
CUSTOMER MAY NOT ALWAYS BE RIGHT, BUT YOU DONT HAVE THE LUXURY TO BE
RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND ARROGANT. I EXPERIENCED ALL OF THESE AT TRACY
AUTOMOTIVE IN GODDARD KS, NOT THE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE ON MAPLE.
THIS VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A MAJOR PROBLEM AND REQUIRED A SIGNIFICANT CAPITAL INVESTMENT OF ABOUT
$2000.00.
THIS WAS IN ADDITION TO THE TOW FEE OF 65 AND THE PRESENT REPAIR BILL
OF 222.00. OVERALL THIS IS A VERY NICE CAR AND I HAVE STRUGGLED WITH THE
IDEA OF SENDING IT TO THE JUNKYARD. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD
ALL THE DETAILS CORRECT AND CALLED UP SCOTT AND HE INTERRUPTED ME AND
TOLD ME TO COME GET THE CAR AS HE WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME CRUCIAL
INFORMATION TO REPAIR THE CAR MYSELF.
I HAVE NO INTENTION OF
REPAIRING THE CAR MYSELF AND NEVER DID HAVE, JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE
THAT I HAD ALL OF THE DETAILS CORRECT SO I COULD PUT IT IN THE
CLASSIFIED FOR SALE.
I WORK WITH CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY AND IF I

Everything went well. Dropped off my care at 8:30 am and the shop guy gave me a ride to work. It was done by late afternoon. Tim the shop manager called me to inform me of the cost in advance and later on what they found and when I could pick the car up. The shop is always clean, the employees provide good customer service and I have one designated mechanic that works on my car (1998 Acura SLX only in production for 2 yrs). If I have questions Don, the mechanic, will come out and tell me what, how and why.
