Overall the experience went very well. A couple of weeks prior to hiring them, we had them come out and give us an estimate of the cost for tearing off the old shingles, cost of new shingles and labor to replace them. They were very competitive with their price and my husband was impressed with the description of the work to be performed. During the time of the estimate and job performance there had been a tornado hit an area near us. They were able to fit us into a small hole in their schedule while they waited for insurance companies to pay for other jobs. A crew of 3 men came to the house on the morning of April 23rd. One young man seemed to be the leader of the crew, and he asked me to show him the roof being replaced. They went to work immediately. They had a small radio that played while they worked. It was just loud enough for them to hear. They all seemed very pleasant. I didn't hear any profanity or crude actions among them while they worked. They had parked in the driveway and I had to ask them to move their truck so I could get my car out of the garage. They happily moved the truck, and I told them they were more than free to park in the driveway once I was out of the garage. They finished the job about 2:00 in the afternoon. They cleaned up all the old shingles and paper from the new shingles. Our yard was as clean as it had been before they came. Later that evening one of the owners came by the house and inspected the work. The crew had left a couple nails on the roof which bothered him, but otherwise the job was performed very well. In the past my husband has roofed his own houses and is very knowledgeable and picky about how the work is performed. He was very impressed with the work and the perfessionalism of everyone that we dealt with. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing repair done. Have even recommended them to our friends.
