"[removed member name], We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the quality of your new windows. Upon reflection with my sales associate, he explained that it was the “quality of the appearance” that was the issue. To clarify that topic, we have all of our associates carry actual samples into the home so homeowners see the exact product that will be installed in their home. In addition, we have samples in our showroom and lots of information to share with customers, and invite the public to come in anytime during our store hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8:00-11:00 a.m. Saturdays. Typically, there is an associate there to answer any questions a consumer would have as well as share brochures and show our products. I’m sorry your wife was not happy with the appearance of the product. I can’t recall that ever being an issue in the past as Renewal by Andersen and Andersen have always been know to have a very aesthetically pleasing product. As to the warranty, Andersen has been in business and servicing their customers since 1903 and will continue to do so should you ever have a warranty concern, don’t hesitate to call. "Unfortunately Murphy’s law prevailed on this job, whatever could go wrong did. We felt so bad about how things progressed we actually re-trimmed all of the windows on the main floor, and stained the new trim and even repainted many areas, all at NO COST to the homeowners. The long time frame was primarily an issue of returning to do these things at the homeowners convenience so they weren’t missing any work during the process. At the end of the job we even professionally cleaned the homeowners carpets. We work in a business where as humans we have good and bad days, as a company if we have a bad day, we go above and beyond as displayed on this job to attempt to make the situation a great one at the end of the job. We are currently in the top 15% nationally out of 106 Renewal by Andersen store with regards to homeowner satisfaction at 94%. That 94% who have graded us a 9 or 10 on the following question “How likely would you be to recommend Renewal by Andersen to friends and neighbors?” 9’s and 10’s don’t come easy, and our team prides itself in being among the best of the best in the entire U.S. The entire team is disturbed when we receive a review such as this and we are always looking to learn continually make improvements to provide world class service."
The job went great! The installers were always on time and were very professional. The job took two days and looks Great!I am very pleased with the windows and Highly recommend Renewal By Anderson. Keith our Rep from Anderson was there to inspect the job and progress before, during and after the job.

"I am surprised and disappointed by this report of an overall grade of a “C”. We are consistently among the highest rated Renewal by Andersen affiliates with regards to homeowner satisfaction. I’m afraid some confusion as to responsibilities occurred with regards to the security wires being disconnected, #9 on our pre-installation checklist which homeowners initial and receive a copy of clearly states “Any utility lines (electrical, cable, telephone, security etc. etc.) that are required to be moved are the responsibility of the homeowner and must be taken care of prior to installation. We actually went above and beyond the call to disconnect at the homeowner direction in order to proceed on installation day. With the regards to the “less than desirable” installation on one of the windows. There is a maintenance issues on the exterior of the home not related to the window causing water infiltration. Once the homeowner has addressed that issue we will be replacing one piece of trim that is the issue due to the water problem an no additional cost.
