 + -1 moreThis company handled the sale of the contents of my parents' house in a very professional manner. Carolyn's knowledge of antiques, collectibles and mid-century items was impressive. She also had a good grasp of current market values. Organizing and staging was great, as was the promotion of the sale. She has a huge following for sales. I live out of town, yet Carolyn worked with my availability; she also accommodated several special family requests. This kind of situation is never easy; regardless of the exact circumstances, it is always emotional. But Carolyn was sensitive and supportive. She did a great job for us.
Description of Work: Sold the contents of my parents' house, disposed of any leftovers and cleaned the house after the sale

 + -1 moreThe sale went great I feel she got the best price that could be gotten on all articles. Her staff at the sale were very professional & were willing to answer all questions. Carolyn worked with customers on the phone & mailed paintings for me,made sure it was properly packed. Took care of all paper work & was prompt with payment to me after sale. The thing about this company, they are there after the sale if you have questions.
Description of Work: Carolyn handled the estate sale of my mother. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. There were lots of painting that she had an expert exam so that we could get the maximum amounts for the item. She was able to purchase time on the local TV station to advertise so many items that couldn't be list in the local paper. She did everything to get the word out regarding the sale. I feel she and her staff worked hard for my mom's estate & when sale was over the house & carpet were cleaned & house was ready to be sold. I can't thank her enough for all the help she gave us during that time. She returned all phone call immediately & answered all questions we asked. She recently helped me again when I called her regarding my sister's estate.I trust her advise.

 + -1 more,The sale was a great success. KC Estates met all my expectation & beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Carolyn took her time evaluating the items for sale and advising me of the best time to have sale. She was able to secure some advertising on TV. It was shown several times a day for about 2 weeks. There were several valuable paintings that needed appraising ,she took care of mailing any item that needed to be mailed in and of state. She is professional in every sense! After the sale she had the house & carpet clean ready to be sold.

Description of Work: fst the estate sale (I was told) was to be held in Jan.Called this individual late Jan and she said it was now going to be held in March. Stated i would have like to have been made aware of that and she got upset with me. The sale is held in March and she wants to sell a certain item before the sale even starts on line for 1850 dollars. I had done my research and said no - she took exception to that.. = 2 days later she sold it for 2500 - and for that ''service' got to pay this individual a 30% commision - would never use this company again
