Dry Cleaning Service
The Cleaners that we still use, as I haven't had time to check out any other cleaners..............will pick up and drop off. That is the Best service they have! Cleaning the garments, either washing or dry cleaning is the problem. About 25% of our clothes come back weekly with a "spot" tag on them! Question........why do you send your clothes out to be dry cleaned? Answer....to get the spots OUT!! We have used them for years and I have called many times and complained. My husband continues to use them and is unhappy, I have stopped sending most of my clothes to them.
I see where they continue to buy out dry cleaners here in the Wichita area. My advice...........you need to build a strong foundation before you get too big! Start logging how many "Spot" tags you are going thru to see what is happening to peoples clothes!
On the other hand, they have started to furnish us with 1 bag for us to put our dry cleaning in and 1 bag to put our laundry in. The reason is that when we put them all in the same bag, all the jeans came back 2 sizes to small! they have "washed" expensive items that needed to be dry cleaned and will now fit our Granddaughter! Enough is enough!
