My water heater blew out. It was late in the day before I found it. I called Benjamin Franklin and Gus Bloyer arrived. Gus went the extra mile for me. He stayed until the water heater install was complete and left my house at 11:00 PM. He is coming back Friday to install a new water softener. Gus is the BEST!
