 + -1 moreMy husband has been deceased since 2004, they still have his name on my accounts. I have showed them death certificates and they still will not take his name off. I had to call last week for a charge that showed up on my credit card and they would not go over the statement with me, because my deceased husband's name is still on the account. Everything has to be done corporately, you cannot go into a branch for anything besides basically depositing money.
Description of Work: I use them for my business banking.

 + -1 moreBank of America had done our previous mortgage on our last home in Virginia, so I was very familiar with them. This time around, they actually made the process go faster for us because we were on a time limit so we really appreciate that.
Description of Work: Bank of America did the loan on my current mortgage. They explained the whole process and answered all of my questions.
