They had to come to the house on several occasions.  The first time was to do the bid and they were very prompt and knowledgeable.  Their bid on our original lighting plan was not the least expensive or the highest, where they impressed was that they made some suggestions for changes to our lighting plan that worked better and saved us money; you can't ask for more than that.  They were on time each time or called to tell me when they would be there.  And when I had questions during the process (and you always do on remodel projects) they were prompt in returning calls. 

I think they did a good job on the electrical but I would expect that from any reputable company.  The difference was customer service and that they seemed to care about the finished project; the fact that they did not just bid from the spec sheet but took the time to ask questions and learn what we wanted to accomplish, pointed out some deficiencies in our plan and where we could save money in other areas.  We did not end up saving anything because we put the savings into some lighting we added to the basement because it was always so dim, it was something we were planning on doing later, but Hey! I got it all done in one shot.

Would I use them again? Yes, in fact I have contacted them to do some work for my business.  Strange how by saving me time and money they ended up making more.

They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They stuck to their estimates and did everything that they said they were going to do. They were in a timely fashion. They were very flexible as well.
