Arrow Towing and Recovery Inc.

My experience with them was very ugly. I don't know about the price because I didn't check prices. The quality was poor. They were unresponsive and unprofessional. I would not use them in the future. I had an issue with them. When I called them, they acted like they were responsive, but they blew me off. They came to pick up the vehicle and actually backed their semi-truck on my drive which I don't think was good for my drive. They chipped the end of my garage cement floor and that's what I called them about. I don't think is good to drive a semi-auto on a residential drive. The guy didn't even come up and ring the door bell. The garage door was open and he assumed everything. He had a nice truck and I would think that they would want me to respect his property just the way he would respect mine. Apparently they don't think so over there. I called the manager and he sounded like he was being responsive. He never got back to me. I called him again and left a message and nothing has happened. It's been over 10 days. I don't know if I want to even hassle with those people. I don't want them talking to me. I gave them an opportunity to come out and talk to me. I don't know if I want to talk to them anymore. I have got 2 issues with them. The guy backed up the nice semi in my drive and it's a real steep drive and down the way it's not going to help my driveway. I just hope I never see them again. I am a salesman and I wouldn't treat my customers that way. If somebody comes to my house, they need to respect my house.
