+ -1 moreSet up an appointment for May 13th 1:00 for room addition. Got a call at 12:45, 15 minutes before appointment wanting to reschedule as he was hung up at another job. Agreed to reschedule at 11:00 the next day and again he never showed up and this time didn't call. As of this date, 2 weeks later, I've heard nothing. What a waste of time.
