Receptionist and salesman were very professional and friendly. Estimate was comparable to others I received. The removal and installation of the equipment was professional and tidy. I asked a lot of questions throughout and the workers were happy to answer them. Installation looks good. Helpful with income tax rebate suggestions. The A/C was not cooling well on a hot day, I called and they came out same day and quickly fixed it, explaining what the problem was. Working great since.

They are diligent and I ve used them for many years. Greg is the manager and he gets stuff done. We had a bathroom we couldn t get anyone to fix (the jetted system had lost pressure.) They sent two different plumbers out and they couldn t find the problem. The third plumber found the problem right away and got the job done. They are the most reliable to have a professional to find your problem.

The plumber did not seem straightforward and was not honest with me. He spent more time on his phone than he did working on the project and I felt I was over charged.
