Weaver's & Son's A-OK Exterminators

I have been using them for 15 years. They are wonderful. They guys are very friendly and wear booties in the house and don't track in dirt. I have had the same guy for several years and they are very personable. I have moved several times and they move with me. I trust them and don't mind them being in my house. They call me and remind me of my appointments. They are good service and they are family oriented. I am comfortable with them and they are a good service. They are always here when they say they are going to be. I always recommend them to other people.

I've been using Weaver's for over 10 years. They call every quarter to make an appointment, always on time and friendly. They spray inside and outside and always tell me if they notice anything unusual.

They were recommended by the previous owners of our house. They clean things and they are thorough.

Russ Brink checked for termite - no charge.  He was punctual, friendly, and informative. He did not try to sell me anything since he could not find any evidence of current infestation. Nice to deal with an honest company.

I have a quarterly agreement where they come and spray inside and out and also check the termite stations.  I have had no bugs from the time I have hired them.  I spend $86.93 a quarter. 

They did an excellent job. The same person comes over to the job every time and they are very good. They do everything what I want them to do and even if I ask them to do some extra work, they always do it willingly. I would highly recommend them. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

The technician arrived within the allotted window.  He previewed the problem areas, then was extremely thorough.  He wanted to make sure he got them at their source and found ways to get behind the walls, etc.  He removed (and replaced) switch plates to spray behind them in the kitchen, and got between the walls in the bathrooms too.  He then sprayed all the baseboards in the house and also around the foundation outside.  He was also very careful to keep the children and puppy safe from the spray.  Excellent and thorough service.

When I called the company, they quickly gave me pricing and scheduled an appointment. The service technician actually arrived early which was nice. He was polite and efficient. One thing I appreciate about this company is that they don't do any "hard-selling" to get you to pay for contracts. They understand if you just want to call them on an as-needed basis.

We used them from a reference, and we spend $80 a quarter for quarterly treatments. I was really pleased with the technician. He did a really good job. The pest control seems to be working. The accounting department and I are having a problem. However, I am sure that we can get it worked out.

When our neighbors sold their house, termites were found in outside landscape ties. We were told we should have an inspection as well. They came out and did a through inspection and showed where this house had been treated previously when they could use the type of treatments that can no longer be used. I have been in this house since 1986, so I know it was treated before I bought it. The inspection showed we were fine and they was no charge for the inspection. While the man was still here, I decided to go ahead and have a basic treatment scheduled for spiders, etc. They were very personable, educational, and neat in the work. I would highly recommend them.

They are professional and do good quality work. They have helpful technicians. They call me to set up appointments and it is pretty easy to get an appointment with them.

They were very good. What they described for the ant control sounded like it was good so we will use them for that as well. They were on time and there people were good. I was very pleased.

From the overall estimate to the completion of the job, Weavers was professional, courteous, prompt and even worked out a payment plan for me. George Weaver, Jr. was my first contact, the owner's son. He was patient giving me full explanation of types of termite treatment and gave me an estimate on the spot. The two men who treated my house were efficient, friendly and professional.

They keep good records of my account and are very punctual in sending reminders that it is time for a treatment. I have used them for about 6 years and will continue to do so. When they set an appointment I can always count on them to be there when they say they will.

The company sent out a representative to give us an estimate. He was very professional, describing chemicals they would use and how they would apply them. We also discussed options for the termite control, since they were very localized. Costs of different termite treatments were evaluated before we decided on a course of action. When the technician came to treat the foundation for termites, he was very professional. We compared to another pest control company and feel the service provided was far more attractive than the other company and will have the carpenter ants treated by this company in the future, as well as the termites.

Was very pleased with experience. Russ could have tried to sell me some service, but instead seemed very honest and helpful and said we didn't appear to have a problem.

Reasonably priced, VERY polite, on time, very thorough, explained what he was doing & why.

I?ve been using them for 18 yrs. We?ve always been satisfied until lately. I don?t want anything more to do with them. They don?t know the general business practices. I noticed my retaining wall was starting to collapse. It had termites. The wall is 6? from the termite station. I had the wall fixed. I called Weavers & got a hold of Mr. Weaver in a couple of wks. I showed him the logs, he said termites had gotten to them. He sprayed all along the retaining wall. I paid them when they were here, then they sent me a bill. I called them telling them I didn?t owe anything. They wanted me to put the money in advance. I talked to Mr. Weaver & told him since they did no work, I didn?t want to pay. I told him I just wanted pest control now & no termite work. They came yesterday & started taking out the terminals. I told him to stop. I told them specifically not to remove any terminals. They took some out & filled the holes. I?ve already paid for them.

MIKE CAME ON TIME AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. HE EXPLAINED WHAT THE SPRAY WOULD DO TO THE BUGS AND WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE RESULT. HE WAS POLITE, WILLING TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, AND TAUGHT ME HOW TO KEEP THE BUGS FROM COMING BACK. WE ARE VERY HAPPY ABOUT MIKE'S SERVICE.
