The company sent out a representative to give us an estimate. He was very professional, describing chemicals they would use and how they would apply them. We also discussed options for the termite control, since they were very localized. Costs of different termite treatments were evaluated before we decided on a course of action. When the technician came to treat the foundation for termites, he was very professional. We compared to another pest control company and feel the service provided was far more attractive than the other company and will have the carpenter ants treated by this company in the future, as well as the termites.

Was very pleased with experience. Russ could have tried to sell me some service, but instead seemed very honest and helpful and said we didn't appear to have a problem.

Reasonably priced, VERY polite, on time, very thorough, explained what he was doing & why.

I?ve been using them for 18 yrs. We?ve always been satisfied until lately. I don?t want anything more to do with them. They don?t know the general business practices. I noticed my retaining wall was starting to collapse. It had termites. The wall is 6? from the termite station. I had the wall fixed. I called Weavers & got a hold of Mr. Weaver in a couple of wks. I showed him the logs, he said termites had gotten to them. He sprayed all along the retaining wall. I paid them when they were here, then they sent me a bill. I called them telling them I didn?t owe anything. They wanted me to put the money in advance. I talked to Mr. Weaver & told him since they did no work, I didn?t want to pay. I told him I just wanted pest control now & no termite work. They came yesterday & started taking out the terminals. I told him to stop. I told them specifically not to remove any terminals. They took some out & filled the holes. I?ve already paid for them.

MIKE CAME ON TIME AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. HE EXPLAINED WHAT THE SPRAY WOULD DO TO THE BUGS AND WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE RESULT. HE WAS POLITE, WILLING TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, AND TAUGHT ME HOW TO KEEP THE BUGS FROM COMING BACK. WE ARE VERY HAPPY ABOUT MIKE'S SERVICE.

THE YOUNG MAN WAS ON TIME AND POLITE AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE HAD DONE AND WHAT TO DO IF BUGS REAPPEARED AFTER TREATMENT.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THE TREATMENT APPEARS TO HAVE WORKED WELL. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE EXTERMINATOR COULD NOT DEFINITIVELY IDENTIFY THE BUGS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE. BUT, WHATEVER THEY WERE, THEY'RE GONE NOW!

JACK WEAVER SHOWED UP AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE SPRAYING AND TALKING TO US. REASONABLY PRICED FOR BUG KILLING.

WEAVERS IS ALWAYS TIMELY WITH THEIR CHECKING FOR TERMITES AND VERY QUICK WITH THEIR RESPONSES. THEY WERE RIGHT ON ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM-- WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TERMITE DAMAGE IN 4 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND VERY WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAVE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

ALWAYS DEPENDABLE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS.

HAVE USED THEM FOR 18 YEARS, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME. IN FACT THEY COME BACK IF THE SPRAY WAS NOT ENOUGH.

TERMITES WERE FOUND SO TREATMENT WAS PERFORMED AT NO ADDITIONAL FEE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT TO CONTRACT, AND THE WHOLE HOUSE WAS TREATED DUE TO SMALL INDICATION OF TERMITES.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB.

VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. ALSO PROMPT AND FLEXIBLE WITH APPOINTMENTS.

THE PEOPLE ARE PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. THEIR PRODUCT WAS EFFECTIVE ON SILVERFISH.

THEY ARE PROMPT. THEY HAVE COURTEOUS SERVICE PERSONNEL.

HAVE USED THIS SERVICE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED.

WEAVER'S ALWAYS CALLS AHEAD TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO TREAT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INSECTS.

WEAVER'S CALLS TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICES AND ARE VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE.

SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD IN THE PAST.

WE HAVE HAD LESS INSECT PROBLEMS IN OUR HOME SINCE TREATMENTS STARTED.

THE MEN THAT APPLIED THE CHEMICALS WORKED HARD AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. MOST TERMITE TREATMENTS ARE HARD TO RATE BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THEY WORKED OR NOT. THIS ONE WAS DIFFERENT. THIS ONE WAS OBVIOUS. I WAS SWEEPING UP HATCHING LARVAE THAT WERE DYING BY THE THOUSANDS. THEY WERE FALLING OUT OF THE CEILING TILE IN THE BASEMENT FOR MONTHS. I BELIEVE THAT THEIR PRODUCT WORKS. IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY NEIGHBOR WHO HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS.

I ALWAYS REQUEST MR. BILL CARMAC. HE IS EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF HIS JOB. HAVE HAD THEM FOR YEARS.

WE HAVE USED WEAVERS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY ALSO COME AT THE TIME THEY DESIGNATE, AND THEIR STAFF IS FRIENDLY.
