I brought my bike in, unscheduled, with a flat and the technician said that he could change right then it if I could wait, which took all of 10-15 minutes. The employees always have a wonderful attitude and we have purchased all of our bikes there including various bikes over the years for our boys.

This is a great bike shop. The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. They have given me good advice about what to do with my bike, and have done good repair work. The one thing that is most obvious about this shop is that the people who work there are also riders. This gives me confidence that they know what they are talking about, but at the same time, they do not come off as bike snobs. This is a refreshing change from other shops where the people who work there either (a) obviously don't ride or (b) are riders, but are bike snobs and don't really want to work on your bike unless it is top of the line. I ride past several other shops to get to this one.

I really like the service I have received at this store. I've had my bike tuned up several times, and they have done a better job and done it for less money than several other shops I've tried around town. They are great at answering "do-it-yourself" bike maintenance questions. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable, and one young man spent at least 45 minutes helping my granddaughter find just the perfect bike helmet. When I'm ready to purchase a new bike, I'll buy it from this store.
