They were good certainly and individually they came. They came the same day which it wasn't like the whole house to work, it was just the drain. It wasn't critical, but they came. The very same day he was probably here less than an hour and he had it all taken cared of, cleaned up, no  mess, nothing. It was easy. They gave me a discount, a senior discount or something. I called them back because I have used them before for a different drain in the house and they were so efficient that time as well.

They came and replaced an outdoor faucet for me.  They were prompt, did good work, completed the job, and didn’t require any extra money from me.

After getting tired of having rainwater seep into my basement from below the floor and along the seams of the foundation, I reached out to approximately six companies to obtain quotes on having a sump pit dug and a pump installed in my basement. Nick at Reddi came out and gave me two reasonable quotes, one for the cost of installing the pit without the drain outside and one with that included, which was around $1300. Having received quotes as high as $2000, this seemed reasonable and Nick's professionalism stood out among those who I had talked to. 

Nick scheduled a crew of two guys to come out and do the install. They were a bit later than expected due to some circumstances that were out of their control, but got right to work when they arrived. There had never been a sump pump in the basement before, so this required jack hammering through the floor, digging the pit, putting the pump housing in, then the pump, and then the line out. They were able to get the drilling and digging done the first afternoon. The crew also came up with a fantastic place to run the water -- one that I hadn't thought of and one that would prevent the possibility of pooling water in the yard and having water run back towards the foundation. I wasn't able to stick around the next day, so they came back to install the pump and run the line outside. When I returned homed, the line had been placed above the ground, which I hadn't expected. 

I immediately contacted Nick, as the quote included burying the drain. He responded within minutes, assuring me that he'd send them back out to dig a trench and bury the line. And that's exactly what happened. I honestly believe there was simply a mis-communication between myself and the two guys that came out, but regardless, they came back out and made it right. I never have an issue with their being a small mistake like this as long as it's fixed -- and Nick and his team went above and beyond in making it right. I not only recommend Reddi, but highly recommend that you specifically ask for Nick and one of his crews if you need similar work done.

They were awesome. They were responsive and came out on a Saturday. The price was good. It was $165 for the inspection and $100 to auger the line.

Friendly service

Called on Sunday at approximately 10:30 a.m., the 4th of July weekend.  We were told they were booked solid and it might not be until the next day, which was completely understandable.  But around 6:30 p.m., we were called and told someone was on the way.  Reddi Rooter had contacted one of their service people who was on his day off and he came out to our house.  He was extremely friendly and polite, explained our problem, and the most efficient and cost effective way to handle it.  He got the entire job done in about 1/2 hour.

Toilet leak fixed and tightened the faucet handles on first visit.  But they thought they fixed the leak but forgot to turn water back on.  They were to come back next day after 4:00 (left work early) and guy finally showed up around 8:00.  I had to call to find out status.  Repairman only could look at and try to get the right parts the next day and return.  Appointment set up again for 3:00.  Next day (left work early again) but they never came.  They call around 8:45 to say they couldnt make it.  Appointment set for Saturday morning but the man that showed up had no idea what was wrong and had to start over.  They didnt get here till afternoon and supply store was closed. 
They call next week to say the parts for our faucet are not available and need to replace.

They were fast and helpful.

This provider didn't do anything. I called 4-5 days in advance to schedule my septic tank to be pumped. The problems started there when they just said they would make it out sometime around or after 11 am. A few hours after 11 I called and inquired about  when they were going to make it out to my house. The gentleman on the phone told me he was going to contact dispatch and they would call me back. Well, I sat around patiently waiting to hear from someone and no one called. I called them back after a couple of hours of waiting and the guy on the phone apologized for not calling back and said they had some emergency clients that morning and that they had some problems on other jobs. He then said they were going to try to make it out to my house today. So not only have they wasted half of my day waiting on them, they didn't even have to courtesy to call me and say they were running behind and might not be able to make it. I called another "A" rated septic pumping company that is listed on Angie's list and he was able to schedule a specific time later on this evening when he could come out. I will review that company when they are done. That being said I will never even consider using Reddi Services again and urge others to follow my lead. 

I purchased the deal for 1 hour of labor for $66 (normal rate is $120).  I had a few things on my list to do, that I knew might exceed the hour... so, I assumed I would have my first hour paid and then I'd just be on the hook for an addition $120 per hour for however long it would take.  Wrong.....they want to pre-quote every job and way over estimate the time to do it.  On top of that, expect to way overpay if you need any parts.
One of the things on my list was to have a new sump pump that I purchased installed.....I already had all the parts, but forgot the 1 1/2" male adapter ($1.25 at Home Depot) they wanted to charge me $35!  It was a simple install and should only take about 15-20 minutes, they quoted $189.  I said forget it, I'll do that one myself.  I ended up scrapping most of what I was going to have them do and just had them fix a couple faucets.

I had water collecting around the drain in the basement. They came out and fixed it. I don't remember the price but I remember it was reasonable for what they had to do.

These are not only professional people, but John S. worked here and not only did excellent work - but also explained everything perfectly, price was very fair, and overall experience was something I was not expecting...   Very nice attitude - and says a lot for their company!  

They found out that my problem was not on my property, but underneath the sidewalk which is the city's problem, but they charged me and I had to dispute it. There is also a communication problem because the person I asked them not to send out was the guy that was sent to my property.

Great work - contractor was able to vacuum out the main line eliminating the need for a separate rooter service call.

They did a good job of snaking; they didn't do a good job on communicating with me afterwards. He talked to the renters but he never talked to us about what needed to be done. He did a great, 10 minute job. He was fast and they did show up when they said they would.

They were stellar. In the past, before we had Angie's List, we had had a different service and they charged us way more and didn't tell us that the blockage was on city property and not ours. This company called the city because they were responsible for the fixing. They were very honest and we really appreciated that. They got the job done well and effectively.

It went great.  The work was done on time.  Good clean up after the work was done.  There was a follow up visit at my request as I wanted to make sure the sounds I was hearing from the now working sumo pump were OK- the pump was just fine and I wasn't charged for the follow up visit.  I would definitely use this company again.

Provider showed up on time, evaluated both problems quickly, and fixed both issues in less than an hour.  In addition to the $66 Angie's list coupon for one hour of labor, I was charged $107 for parts which I personally think is a huge mark up.   I do however admit that I know absolutely nothing about plumbing, that's why I called these guys.   I was very pleased with the plumber's work and his ability to speak to me in layman's terms about the plumbing problems.  He didn't need the complete hour and was sure to ask if there was anything else that needed to be done before  he left.  

I felt like this company ripped me off. I decided to get a second opinion. I felt deceived and they did not even clean the outside of my A/C unit, which most A/C companies do.

There were three separate jobs.  The first was replacement of a sump pump, and installation of a new battery back-up.  For this job, Jim advised me to replace a sump pump that was several years old, because it was not kicking on regularly, and the back-up battery was dead.  His advice turned out to be timely---the pump was replaced just before some huge downpours, and it saved me the headache of a big mess in the basement.  I have a radon reduction system, so he had to remove the cover, which was caulked, and replace the caulking.
The second job was to fix a backed-up bathroom sink.  The sink had been clogged for a long time, and Jim identified the area which needed new pipes (there were old, galvanized pipes through which you couldn't see daylight!).  He replaced the lavitory line from the lavitory to the connection in the garage ceiling.  When finished, he also replaced the celing in the garage with some decent looking plywood, and made it so that future access would be easy.   The sink works like a dream now.
He got busy, and he and another worker had to make another trip to finish the ceiling and do the third job:  cleaning out my main line, which I have done yearly to remove tree roots.  So they didn't charge me for that trip.
I appreciated the good work done, that they cleaned up after themselves, and that the hole in the garage ceiling was fixed.  I would definitely use this company again.

Great service, very nice, $10 cheaper than the other company I've used.
