I was extremely impressed with Parkway Auto Care. I took the car in for a brake light replacement and mentioned to the owner, Craig, that I had an on going problem with a belt. I had taken it in 3 times to other shops without resolution. After hearing his suggestions I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The problem was promptly fixed and he charged less than the other shops had charged just to look at it. Craig explained the service thoroughly and is very easy to work with. We would highly recommend him and will be going back. It is the best shop I have ever been to.

Craig and his mechanic do a good job. They changed the oil and checked the van thoroughly for our trip to Florida. We have trusted him for 10 years or so. He is honest in his assessments of repairs and parts needed. In the past, we have suspected that something needed to be replaced, and he has told us not yet, it's still good. Other mechanics wouldn't do that. When he tells us something needs to be replaced or repaired, we believe him. He is a nice person, and we feel he is totally honest and trustworthy.

Craig, the owner, is very friendly and appreciates every client.  He is very thorough, and will explain all of the work that was performed.  He will contact you prior to purchasing any parts or performing any work outside of the scope initially discussed.
I like supporting locallly owned businesses, and found a good one with Craig at Parkway.

I've had work done by Craig and his team at Parkway twice now. Both times Craig goes out of his way to explain the need for the services he recommends and what it will do to correct the problem or improve your vehicle. In this case Craig recommended a complete cleaning of the fuel system to resolve the symptoms I presented. Craig explained that this is generally a regular maintenance item that should be done every 30,000 miles per the manufacturer.
After the service was completed, all symptoms were eliminated and the trucks performance was much better. In the weeks following the service, there has been no re-occurrence of the symptoms.
Parkway provides good service at a fair price. I'll continue to take my vehicles here in the future.

My experience with Parkway Auto and Craig the owner was excellent. I was having a problem with an airbag sensor warning light and a service engine soon light on my 2005 350z. Since it was coming up on 75K miles, I was also concerned there could be some issues I didn't know about. I asked Craig to do a thorough check of the car. Within an hour and a half, Craig had called me back with the details my issues. First off he told me my front brake pads were at 40%. Funny thing about that comment was at one time I had taken it to a Nissan dealer who told me that 40% wasn't great and I should replace them. Without mentioning my prior experience, the second thing out of Craig's mouth was 40% brake pads have tons more time left! I had read reviews about Craig's honesty in previous posts. They are not lying!

After getting the laundry list of things I needed to have done, Craig gave me a quote of close to $900 to diagnose and replace everything listed above. I knew it had to be done so I said go ahead.

When I got to Parkway to pick up the car, it was running very close to closing time. (5:30 pm) Craig said don't worry about it because I'm here til 7 or 8 many nights anyway. Yes I would say he is dedicated. Then, to my surprise, the bill was $150 dollars cheaper than quoted! I also found out a few things about my car I had never known. (Eg. Craig had called the manufacturer to check on my tire sizes because of my brake system. On the Nissan 350z, 18and quot; front wheels are only supposed to be teamed with the performance brake package. I had 18and quot; tires on the front but I didn't have the performance brake package. Even though the sticker on the door called for 18and quot; tires, they were truly supposed to be 17and quot;. Guess Nissan was running low on 17and quot; tires the day they manufactured my car! Will save some $ the next time I have to purchase tires!!)

As I was leaving, I mentioned that I had an Audi that would need some work in the future. Craig was so honest he said you know we do major work on Audi's because they are a type of car that needs a mechanic who works on them regularly. He could have told me sure no problem but instead he looked up another auto service company that does Audi work every day. Wow!!

After dealing with some unscrupulous auto shop owners in the past, Craig was a HUGE RAY OF SUNSHINE! I will tell you, I will never take any of my cars to someone else in the future. (Unless of course it's that darn Audi)

They were very polite and efficient. I feel that Greg the owner is honest and does not try to talk me into repairs that are questionable. I trust his judgment when he tells me that something needs to be repaired and I trust his opinion. I think that the prices are comparable to everyone else.

The work went very well. I couldn’t get in as quickly as I would have liked since they are not open on weekends and so that was one of the reasons for the delay. However, it went fine. The mechanic was very upfront and told us what we needed.

Craig is so honest. He told us to clean the brake area, not replace the pads. How often do you get a $6.00 fix? He even showed us how to change the air filter so we could do it ourselves. We were too lazy but it was nice of him. We have had more complex work done as well such as timing belts. I went to the dealer for 10+ years, not anymore.

We had a good experience with them. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, they provided good service. They were very communicative. They did good work for us and solved the problem.

They just seem to be really nice and honest people. They give you an estimate up front and tell you what all of the possibilities are. They don't try to upsell on a lot of things, but they do point out things that may cause problems.
